Lightning, big stroms and tornado. I always thought the lightning will somehow kill me through the windows in my home and I'd get all terrified. Once when there was like a big storm when I was a kiddo, I thought it will be the end of the world and I'd just pray that it ends .__.
* the dark-still am to some extent

Yeah, The first time I played Silent Hill 3, I was already scared, But, I put it in my PS2, after like an idiot, getting it all dirty. After I put it in, I put my back to the TV, Put the other game in it's case, and Then that damn Music played. I turned around and the Red screen was there, and I screamed so loud. I thought Silent Hill 3 Possessed my PS2. Turns out, the actual game was a lot less scary than that shit. XD
I used to be (and still kind of am) scared of powered off TVs and monitors. Like when the screen is totally black. I don't know why, but I think it has something to do with the fact that I was scared they would turn on and a scary face would pop up and frighten me.
Hallways. I'd get scared when I knew I had to walk through one as a kid. They just make me feel so trapped and they still make me feel kind of anxious.

I was afraid of huge ships as a kid. I still am, but I used to be too. Just this image in my head of swimming around in the water and getting swept up under a gigantic tanker that sends a chill down my spine, enough that just looking at them used to be enough to trigger me. I can at least step foot on them now. I still hate when they blow their foghorns though.
I don't like ocean water much either, probably related. Shipwrecks give me the heebie jeebies. Any large things that have been submerged really. Watching videos of the Titanic wreck...blegh.
I was really scared of the Joker for a long period of time (especially Jack Nicholson's Joker). It was something about that grin, it was just so garish and creepy, I used to get nightmares; I conquered it by watching the '89 film everyday until I could get over it, now it's one of my favourite movies, and my favourite Batman movie. I'm also still a bit fearful of having my picture taken with people in costumes...I could probably deal with Santa, but I freaked out at the thought of doing anything like that at Movie World. My Mum's the same even now too
I was scared of taking baths so I decided to take showers after watching a movie about Sharks.
I was scared of walking past the door because we have a glass door and it felt like someone was watching me from outside.
I have a fear of doing anything at exactly 00:00 cause I'm supersticious xd
I used to be really scared of chain links that said if you don't XX, you'll be visited by XX at XX.
I was scared of Horror movies until I started watching The Walking Dead.
I was scared of the Scary Maze Games until I randomly thought of the pop-up faces saying something funny.
Even to this day I'm scared of people XD, if there are people in the same room as me who I barely know, I freak out inside and stutter.
I used to look at the corner of the room before going to bed, I got scared whenever I did because I randomly envisioned a boulder hurdling towards me, like it started of very tiny and far away and just got huge.
After watching a Disney Movie called "Don't Look Under The Bed", I got scared and looked under my bed for a few nights.
Oh and sometimes when I didn't like a DVD cover cause it kind of scared me, I'd stash it somewhere I'd barely look at and try to hide what the movie was.

Mr. Clean
I once had a nightmare of a giant Mr.Clean ripping the roof of my house and grabbing me. He then pulled me up to his face a… morend smiled creepily at me for an entire minute and gulped me whole.

Chupacabra is real though.
The buzzing sound in Operation scared me too, lol. I never played it because of that.
Two of my weirdest childhood fears were hot air balloons and some of my male relatives' faces (no joke, I'd even hide myself from them and cry).
