Game of Thrones Crash Episode 1

Hi,

Just bought your game and cant get past the first 20 minutes. Crashes when the squire tries to defend his father. Tried everything with the gog version, incl the DRM free version. Have all the latest drivers and playing with your latest updates.

Really frustrating....

    After looking over your Support Tool information, can you please clarify if you have the game currently installed to the C:\ drive, or the D:\ drive? Also, if you are crashing at a certain point 20 minutes into the game, can you please clarify what you currently have your Sound output set to? 5.1/2.1 Surround Sound, or Stereo (Left and Right speakers)? If you are currently outputting to a surround sound setting, please try changing your computer's sound output to Stereo (Left and Right speakers), then start the game again, and you should be able to progress successfully.
