Forced quit installation, now it won't work.

I Forced quit installation, then uninstalled ToMI, and now I can't install it. Output folder: C:\Program Files\Telltale Games\Tales of Monkey Island\Launch of the Screaming Narwhal
Can't write: C:\Program Files\Telltale Games\Tales of Monkey Island\Launch of the Screaming Narwhal\MonkeyIsland101.exe

    Have you tried rebooting? Probably something just hanging around in memory

    Now, is there anything I can do about the major lag?

    Try turning down your graphics quality or resolution.

    How do I turn down my graphics quality? ANd yes, I tried the resolution. It doesn't work.

    It should be on the same page as the resolution, just off to the right.

    Is that the 32 bit 16 bit thing? Because the game has to be 32 bit.

    If I want to download it to another computer, can I still activate it?
