Can't Play on Mac

Good evening!

I am unable to get past the loading screen that says "Searching for DLC" after the release of the newest episode. I get passed the title screen and then the cogs run and says "Searching for DLC"... then the screen goes black. The audio continues to play and I can still use the mouse, but the Main Menu never comes up. I end up having to force quit the game. Any suggestions? I'm a Mac user on OS.x. 10.9.5

    I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We have made a server side fix for this issue on PC/Mac. Please close/exit out of the game completely, then also make sure that you have downloaded and installed the latest Updated Critical PC/Mac Patch available for the game. After it has been installed, then start the game again, and you should be able to start the game successfully, and download the new episode and play the game.
