Unable to Activate

I've downloaded TMI, and I think I've worked out the DirectX problem with a new version. However, I cannot for the life of me activate it. I get the "errorundefined" message that everyone seems to be getting, but I can't connect by either signing in or using the serial number. Is this just a sign that the severs are overloaded?

    Hey NJ,
    Not really sure why you aren't able to activate, but you should send a manual unlock request code to support@telltalegames.com. We can get you fixed up.

    How long does ot take to get the unlock code back?
    I am waiting two days now.

    Hey Symbolick,

    What email address did you use to email support@telltalegames.com? I don't see any emails in support from the address we have on file for your account.

    If anything you can PM me your request code and I can send you the unlock code right back.

    Yes I sent my mail to support@telltalegames.com on friday at about 9pm CET.
