It just hit Steam. Go -- go now. After you buy it here first (if you can!) :)

    £25 - bargain!

Yeah it came on Steam at the same time it came on here. I checked because I was wondering if the LucasArts adventures were released. Probably why it took a few more hours than people were expecting.

I did the right thing by pre-ordering Tales of Monkey Island through Telltale Games because I was not aware that they were releasing it on Steam (at least on launch).

Now that it's available on Steam, is there a way to intergrate my Telltales bought version into Steam? (I would think) its just a matter of adding my serial number to the Steam version.

Yeah, it would've helped if telltale informed us it would be released on steam at the same time. I would like it on steam instead along with LucasArts released the classics on steam.

    No, you can't do this.

As much as I like having games on my steam list, they're pretty short, so just add em as Non-Steam games. They still show up.

    25 British pounds = 40.2275 U.S. dollars

How is that a bargain compared to the 35 USD it would have cost in the Telltale store?

np: Tayo & Baobinga - Style And Trend (Soul Jazz Records Singles 2008-2009 (Disc 3))

OH GREAT ... they now sell it on steam, i really hate telltale games for that, i wrote them an email an asked them if they would sell it on steam ...

emily from telltale games replied this to me:

"I don’t know what the plans are for Tales of Monkey Island on Steam. Even if the game does show up on Steam, though, the pre-order bonuses and the Collector’s DVD at the end of the season are only available to customers who buy the games from Telltalegames.com, so if those are important to you, I suggest placing a pre-order with Telltale."

i thought they not gonna sell it on steam, so i preordered here, now its on steam but i cant activate it there, im really frustated!!!

What's the difference? Buy it on Steam, buy it on Telltale, same game for the same price either way.

Depends on where you live. But I prefer buying it directly from Telltale because they are awesome :)

i have all my games on steam, as well as all telltale games, i want to have all my games on one account, i log in and play what ever i want, without having two switch between dozens of accounts on different shops

Login? Now I'm seriously confused. When I start up Tales, or Sam & Max, or Wallace & Gromit, I double-click on the icon and it brings up the "start game" button, no logging in required.
