Not particularly when you have the engine, mechanics, story arc, voice actors and artists all lined up. Really once you have that it's relatively straight forward. That's how the sports franchises pump out games every year, same engine and art, just change up the rosters and maybe add a feature.
Eh I'd say they're average length, though very short for RPG style. But the campaigns on most action games are generally 7-10 hours. Perhaps this is why they space the episodes out haha.

Probably. I don't doubt they'd be a little hard to control, but... from their song, it seems that they feel at least some need to murder the Whitehills for the Forresters. They all seem to believe that the Forrester's are the 'good' people in this fight. I mean, that's disregarding the fact that the song turns into nothing but fighting half way through. xD
I would imagine that it did. Out of curiosity I looked at the credits to both series and 5-6 people from GoT were on Minecraft. Plus they were also doing Tales at that time too, so I'd imagine the GoT group was a pretty skeleton crew.
I have to say that it is not because of Telltale making this a great episode that they have made us wait, it is because they were making the… moreir next game (Minecraft: Story mode) that they made us wait.

Everyone is obviously annoyed with the release date.. everybody is anxious to find out what's going down in episode 6… more.
But, that way GoT doesn't end, if you wish for it too quickly then it'll be over before you know it especially if it's another 1 hour 10 minute episode.
Waiting is annoying but pretty soon we'll be avenging every fookin' Forrester that has been murdered.. I cannot wait to have Rodrik sink his sword into the Whitehills with or without the pit fighters.. never really liked them anyway. I just wanted Twenty Good Men.
I think the release date could've been the 10th but I'm happy with the date set, least it ain't in December, a WHOLE year after the first episode came out.

It depends on what positions they had. They probably already finished their part on the GoT episode and moved on. I don't understand why people always try to look for the worst in TellTale just because they're mad that they have to wait a little longer for an episode they'll probably bitch about anyways.

It doesn't seem like totally different teams. I looked at the credit lists for both games, and 5-6 people were the same between the two games. Maybe they only worked on earlier GoT episodes?
Just that minecraft gets 2 episodes in one month while we've been waiting for 3. I know the whole separate teams and all but still, it gets annoying after a while.
