After looking over your Support Tool information, it appears that both Steam and the game are both installed to your
\ drive, while your save file directory is located on your C:\ drive. I recommend try installing an instance of Steam on your C:\ drive, then reinstall the game to your C:\ drive, and you should be able to start the game successfully.
