I apologize for the inconvenience. We recently resolved this particular issue with an update (Version 1.09). Please note that this update is currently available in the North American region, and should be available soon in the European region. If you are in the NA region, please try starting the game while connected to the internet, and you should receive the alert to update the game to Version 1.09. If you are currently located in the EU region, make sure to keep an eye out on This Discussion Thread, as I will update there first when it becomes available.
