Game Glitch?

So I just finished Episode 2 and some of my choices are as followed:

1. Convinced Eleana to Marry you
2. Kill Damien (Lannister Gaurd)

Now as I start playing Episode 3 the choices that I made arent following through. It said I ran away from Damien and let the poor boy drown and that I never did convince her to keep the betrothal.

Could I please get this cleered up because I like my choices.
