Why it doesn't sell Tales of Monkey Island in Spanish countries?

Hi guys, checking ToMI in amazon, ebay, etc, I realize that there are imports to some European countries like UK (obviously), (France and Germany, but not in Spain.

My cuestion is: Why? There are lots of Monkey fans in Spain and South America, and it should not be a problem to add subtitles.

I would like someone to clarify my doubt.
