They actually did release Walking Dead on Ouya, though. As for WiiU, rumors indicate that Telltale might finally be releasing a Season 1/2 Bundle but that's not official.
Nintendo DS (and the 3DS) probably aren't powerful enough to run Telltale's newer games, whereas the Vita (and current smart phones) are more powerful. I'm just a volunteer Moderator giving potential guesses as to why this is - I am not a Telltale staff member.

Not enough people would probably play it, and for a small developer like Telltale it probably wouldn't be worth the development costs.

If the 3DS was just as powerful as the Vita, I could see a shit ton of people buying Telltale games on the 3DS.
3DS isn't powerful enough for telltale's games, the Wii U on the other hand is powerful enough to handle telltales games but for some reason telltale is avoiding the Wii U like a plague and i have no idea why. Maybe because their old games on the Wii did not sell well but is because they weren't popular back in the day. If they made games on the Wii U, i bet it will sell very well.

I don't know how many people on this thread are fans of minecraft, but at long last The Wii U is getting one of Telltales games which is Minecraft.
