This website is the worst
So awkward, and I can't even change my password until I know what the old one was. No verification through email. I am at wits end. No contact info to try for customer service. Sorry, very annoyed right now.

I am not Telltale staff but i can assist you slightly.
You need to use your old password to change to a new one for securty reasons, all websites normally have this and is not isolated to Telltale's
If you want to contact support you can email them support@telltalegames.com or Submit a Request at the Telltale Games Support Center.
I'm going to close this discussion and move it to the archived Support Forum section, but you can still receive help from Telltale Staff members by trying any of the options above.
