Problems to contact with Telltale Games

Hi everybody:

Month and a half ago I started to try to contact with the company because I want to carry a proyect out based on dubbing into the spanish TWD season 1 professionaly. For that, I need the approval of Telltale since it would be illegal to do that without his consent. I thought it was an easy thing but nothing could be further from the truth. Maybe you can think that I'm nobody and I have no right to ask copyrights and that kind of stuff. However, technical support was very nice and helpful with me and they replied me pretty quickly (in fact they are the only ones who have answered me). So, as TS said me, I wrote to info Telltale Games about the dubbing and they haven't answered me yet so I've been looking for other options to contact with them and this are all the problems that I've found:

  • Facebook and Twitter ignored me (which I understand).
  • His telephone number has a answering machine that is ALWAYS full.
  • Nobody pick up the phone if you call through his directory.
  • "Feedback" and "Invest" email give you a delivery failure error.
  • The rest of the emails never reply you xd.

I'm gonna keep trying till receive an answer but Telltale Games should check out this lack of communication with his users and possible clients and I hope they see this and report accordingly.
