I usually wait a few minutes before i start downloading on Steam. And before I do I make sure to re-start Steam. That have worked for me and I've not had any problems. Anyway, I'm from Sweden, and when it's 1 PM at Telltale it's around 7 PM here. Not very amusing indeed.
