  • I chose Luke, hardest choice ever.

  • After a few seconds or so to think, I chose Kenny.

    You will probably regret your decision either way lol. ;-;

  • It wasn't too hard for me, even though I can see that both choices have their own merits, and I sat with Kenny. Don't regret it.

  • Kenny, didn't even hesitate.

  • Luke. Still mad about Larry and Kenny seemed so different I didn't want to get to know him. But when I went to Luke he was so pissed that I could swear he wanted to kill someone.

  • I chose Luke after like 5 minutes of deciding

  • Luke. Even though Clem had history with him prior, they have been seperated for over 16 months. I play like how I would react, so I would be weary of just joining him after so long.

  • I chose Kenny just because i assumed the cabin survivors wouldn't care as much where i sat as Kenny would.

  • Kenny. If Luke and the others blame Clem for wanting to spend time with someone she hasn't seen in 16 months in an apocalypse who she thought was dead, then screw 'em.

  • This , like **** you Luke ....

  • Damn... I knew someone out there did. How? Kenny was there through the ringer, man!! Since episode 1! Sure, he's a fucking roller coaster of emotions but you picked Luke?! The guy you've only known for 10 days?

You've got balls, though. I like that.

  • To be fair. Clementine and Kenny hardly had any direct interactions. I only remember two of them. "Get on the train Clementine" and "Yeah, and we made out pretty good too." I don't think Kenny has ever directly saved Clementine in season 1. I actually think Luke did more for Clementine in 10 days than Kenny did since episode 1.

  • Yeah but it's obvious Clem felt very strongly about Kenny and his family (the picture she drew). And Luke has done nothing directly for Clementine-- he's always put the group before her. Unlike Kenny who always put the kids first.

Luke. Still mad about Larry and Kenny seemed so different I didn't want to get to know him. But when I went to Luke he was so pissed that I could swear he wanted to kill someone.

  • You're right, Luke has done nothing for Clem. It's not like he saved her in episode 1, defended her from the group, fed her, and gave an interest in her life in one episode. ONE EPISODE! In episode 2 he insisted that him and Alvin search for Clementine. Remember how Rebecca begged Luke not to go look for Clementine, but he did. How is that putting the group before Clementine?

In episode 2 of season 1, you could feed Duck and not Clementine and Kenny wouldn't even care. He's actually happy and only cares for Duck. Now it seems like Kenny is trying to replace Katjaa and Duck with Sarita and Clementine. Definitely not weird at all.

In my opinion, Luke and Clem's brother/sister relationship seems to be a lot more interesting than Kenny trying to play the father figure to Clem. It's been done before with Lee. Kenny is going to attempt to treat Clementine like Duck. Clementine is no Duck!

  • Luke. At the time, Kenny did seem rather off, and even then he wasn't exactly my favorite character from the first game (Still really good to see him though!) and besides, I really like how Luke and Clem are getting on. His seems to be one of the few genuinely nice characters in the world. I did feel a twist of regret after he called me Duck...

Also, Luke isn't exactly bad looking...

  • It took me a minute to make up my mind, but I sat with Luke. I figured the cabin group needed the boost in morale more at the time. They're all nervous about Carver and meeting the new people, and Clem's been one of the strongest members of the group (once they let her out of the damn shed! lol). And it's not like they were in different rooms - there was nothing preventing Kenny from chatting with us from the other table lol

  • Kenny wasn't my favorite from season one but he is a loyal man to Lee and a protector. I've known Luke maybe for one entire week and known Kenny for what it seems to Clem possibly a lifetime. So it was a no brainer for me, but it seems like Kenny is suffering from PTSD.

  • agreed.besides, kenny seems like a mental wreck now anyway

Choosing between Luke and Kenny was hard I spent a good few minutes to decide. I chose Luke though because he looked really disappointed when Kenny called my name, but Kenny wasn't as disappointed if you chose Luke. Because when I played again and chose Kenny, Luke was like sad too, I don't know it was hard

  • No kidding about Kenny. If you go sit with Luke, he actually looks like he's going to kill himself. THAT is how depressed he looks.

  • I chose Kenny, because I was REALLY happy to see him again. I'm not attached to the characters in season two yet so seeing Kenny again was like finding a long-lost family member.

And then I remembered that long-lost family member has a hair-trigger temper that causes ALL SORTS OF PROBLEMS and I also ended up arguing with Luke a lot so I feel a little bad about my decision. Oh well.

  • Luke.

I would've chose Kenny, but I realized Kenny, nice as he is, never did much at all for Clementine. He smashed a guy's brains in right in front of her, berated Lee if he gave her food and not Duck, advocated killing Ben (whom Clementine had said was her friend seconds earlier), and also attempted to make Clementine steal from the station wagon. All this added on to the fact that Kenny obviously isn't stable. Better than before, maybe, but anything he's got is a façade. You can tell his real personality when he argues with Nick and Luke.

While I like Kenny more than Luke, I don't hate Luke, and he did do a lot more for Clementine than Kenny did. The whole cabin group, even Rebecca, spent more time with, and gave more concern to, Clementine than Kenny did.

  • Kenny..because I felt Clem would want to talk to him after all this time. I know it wouldn't make her new friends happy but I stuck by it.

  • Kenny because might as well talk to the dude who I thought was dead for the last year. Although I really hate that it was this choice that gave me the most trouble.

  • I sat with Luke. Although the new group seemed great, I felt safer with the Cabin group.

THEN FRICKIN' LUKE RUNS OFF NEVER TO BE SEEN AGAIN

I chose Luke because Clem still wanted to try and reach Wellington in some desperate hope to find Christa. So staying with Kenny at the lodge wasn't an option and she didn't want to get too re-attached. She also wanted to make sure the cabin group wasn't getting any stupid ideas in their paranoia about Matthew/Carver/etc. Funny thing is none of this really has anything to do with loyalty to either Luke or Kenny (more like loyalty to Christa really) but that's how the game takes it. Oh well.

Luke. Took me around 15 mins to decide who to pick.

What's fucked up is that this is the hardest choice I've had to make in the entire episode. Getting Carlos beat up, Alvin and Walter killed, no hesitation. Sitting with either Luke or Kenny made me feel like crap.

    ...

  • That was easily one of the hardest choices to make and I debated over it heavily. I went with Kenny in the end though because Carlos mentioned earlier that the Ski Lodge group trusted me the most and that I should talk to them to get information. That and I wanted to catch up some more with Ken.

  • I actually sat next to Kenny, because Carlos told me to find shit out,but when i saw Luke's face,i started to feel bad.So i tried again, this time sitting with Luke, and Kenny's face was just too much,so i changed again.

    I know.

  • Kenny, I felt really good that now Im in control and Cabin guys have to trust me.

    I chose Luke

I felt that we needed do discuss what we where going do about the situation with Matthew and whether we should stay or get everyone to leave as Carver was following us, Kenny still came and sat with us which was nice.

  • Luke. It was tough, but I was of the mindset that Kenny was already loyal to me anyway and would understand. I needed to get Luke and his crew loyal to me. Why piss these guys off? That would be BS to ditch the people who just saved you and took you in for about 2 weeks.

  • Pretty much this. No longer being the third leg of the group felt great. Plus everyone in that group pisses me off to the core.

Kenny, I felt really good that now Im in control and Cabin guys have to trust me.

  • Kenny.. Havent seen him in 16 months! Kenny helped and supported Lee to find clementine and basically sacrificed himself in trying to save christa or ben so Lee could find her. What do you expect?.. In my playthrough Kenny was Lee's pal and i want Kenny to have my back in season 2 now.

  • I choose kenny

  • Kenny! without a single doubt! Although I had to think for a moment. Having not seen him for that long it seemed like the only logical thing to do.

  • I sat with Kenny. I struggled with the decision, but ultimately Clem was seeing him for the first time in 2 years. I convinced myself that I was sitting there to "catch up."

  • Kenny, simply because it makes sense after not seeing him for such a long time. Although in terms of allegiance I'm leaning towards him as well.
