So, I think Kenny might have killed Luke out of jealousy.... Luke doesn't seem like the kind of guy to run and if you go find Kenny when Carver attacks then ask Kenny where Luke is, he says something along the lines of "He was complaining about something so I told him to go take a hike". You're under attack so you tell your ally to go take a hike? I don't think Kenny is stupid enough to do that and I don't know what Luke would want to complain about at that time that would make Kenny want to tell him to leave.

Yeah, that's what I think. She is just a replacement and Kenny won't forget what happened to Katjaa and he doesn't want Sarita to get hurt like his wife did.
That's the first thing I thought. Similar face, similar soft-spoken mannerisms, similar build, and both have an accent.
Was excited to see Kenny but chose luke because Kenny seems off, especially when he laughs lol
I don't think Sarita will live very long though. I don't trust her for some reason.

Yeah, since Sarita is so much like Katjaa he will probably have to face the past. I also think that Clementine's drawing of Kenny and his old family might be involved too.
I'd say Kenny is as fucked up as Shane is right now. Just like Shane, Kenny probably pointed the gun at Luke from behind and shot him after a moment of consideration.
He's been alone and messed up in an old restaurant for a while, I doubt he'd want to lose Clem too.

If Clem sits with Kenny then Luke and Nick will join them, but if Clem sits with Luke and the rest of their group then Kenny will join them. Walter knows the conflict Clem is in because she is in the middle of a feud between people who care about her and wants her to stay with them. How serious is the feud? Would Kenny or Luke do something to the other to eliminate having an option for Clem? Maybe not unless you say something specifically about not trusting the other or something.
Appears Luke's group may not have heard of it may be safer up north/Wellington but Kenny has and Christa was going to take Clem there too. This sets the tone for who will Clem decide to go with...Kenny or Luke? At least I think but don't really know how things will play out with Carver keeping them like prisoners.
Oh man as soon as Kenny started talking about Wellington, even though I wanted to go there to all I could think was "Oh no, this is the new "boat.""
He's going to obsess over the idea of Wellington, to the detriment of the group, and it's going to turn into some sort of huge fight between him and someone else that you have to get in the middle of. Mark my words.

My first playthrough I'm with Luke and intend to stick with him because I don't know how or if Kenny has changed since back then or not much at all. Although Kenny means well, he is single-minded which causes him to not be the best leader nor make the best decisions. And yeah you are right if he turns out to act just like he did with the boat, that's not good. It does not take much to get Kenny depressed and he loses hope. Although maybe something happened because he was alone and depressed for a long time after escaping death by walkers for Christa or Ben. A lot of time to think about his actions. So it is a possibility he will learn from his mistakes but only time will tell.
Luke on the other hand seems very level headed. Him and Clem make the best partnership I think when it comes to survival. He doesn't have any family like the rest of his group so he would seem to be most protective over Clem than Kenny because who knows, maybe Kenny would choose Sarita over Clem if it came down to it. Actually I think Christa is great for Clem too but no known status on her, so she may be dead or a walker but hopefully not.
My second playthrough I am going to chose Kenny because well that is the point of a different save, to make different choices. But also choosing Kenny to find out how together or not he is and how Clem will interact and view him based on his actions/shared thoughts. Should be very interesting.
I also noticed that if u sit next Kenny in dinner then he asks u to stay with him without the group , so u have an option to say " I'm not leaving my friends" and then Kenny really gets pissed off , Clem says " but Luke is my friend" and Sarita tries to calm Kenny down (not working) so it looks like Kenny don't want that the rest of group stays too .
I really hope Luke is alive and come back next episode ..

Oddly enough I was very neutral with Kenny in season 1, neither went against him or for him, however I'm very pro kenny now. I'm just not that keen on the new group apart from nick and Alvin, but Alvins no longer with us sadly.
Yups.. and the whole " Luke went for a hike" thing .. i just hope he a'int killed off Luke , if he did i will not protect him or Sarita if i would have the chance
If Kenny did kill Luke due to jealousy of him being pals with Clementine, then he's no better than Lilly.
Would feel out of character for that to happen though, seeing how he has Sarita now.

Personally I found it a bit strange that Carver's group was able to track them that far, after almost a week by foot.
When Clem told Luke that she saw lights, Luke just ignored her and walked off toward Kenny.
Maybe on purpose. We don't know for sure.
But the fact that Luke is the only one missing when Carver arrives is a bit strange.
Bonnie came to the lodge unarmed, knowing that survivors would be there.
She was probably spying on their defenses or number of people.
The Kenny theory is also very possible, I'm afraid. x_x
It didn't seem as strange to me. Thought he just wasn't willing to surrender to save clem, after all the attitude I gave him this ep.
Though 'spose Kenny could have stopped him, to make it look like I was wrong saying I trusted him with my life - So Kenny could be the hero, and show he an be trusted, and Clem should choose to stay with him etc
Kept getting a weird feeling from Kenny. He seemed 'too happy', and nice compared to how he used to swear a lot etc. Just felt like walking on egg shells, and there was a load of anger etc. that I didn't want to see.
When you choose to sit with Kenny's group, he even ends up calling you Duck... so... yup, he's going bananas.
I hope not, but it's a very good theory..
I hope not as well, but based off his behavior and Luke's disappearance after being with Kenny for a few minutes, I think it's a possibility. ;-;
carver says to luke ' you left and they followed you, and look where it got you
then carver threaten and in some cases starts killing 'his old group' that doesn't add up.
