do you think tavias base is carvers base?
I dont think tavias base was welling ton because from what i hear from the game its a long ways away and tavia wasnt wearing a winter jacket either and im thinking the other 400 days characters may all be at carvers base, but if there not then something mustve happened with the 400 days characters on there way to tavias base.

What makes you think Carver's base is Wellington? That's where Christa was heading and Kenny's group have heard rumors of it but I don't recall it being suggested that Carver was heading there.
I do think they're the same group. Therefore I think his base is somewhere between where the cabin was in episode 1 and Gil's Diner. He'd gone to war with Roman over the diner and was able to track the cabin group down. If his base is up in Michigan then his power stretches over a damn large chunk of the US!

Yes. I believe Carver's base is Tavia's base. Wellington is not Carver's base.

I'm guessing and hoping that Bonnie is undercover as a spy for Tavia's camp. Honestly I think Bonnie and Tavia are good people and wouldn't join Carver unless they thought he was good, or they're afraid of crossing him.
I think she's becoming one of Carver's more trusted allies so that she has access to weapons and tools which she can use to escape with the 400 days group.
Notice how she doesn't kill anyone or shove them around in episode 2, and how she smiles at Clem in the Ep3 trailer.
