I'm pretty sure she will be friendly towards Clementine (if she's in Carver's camp, of course). It was Kenny (and Lee, if you chose that) who smashed her father's head in.
Nah Glens dead (comics), it's a good idea that she might be there. If she is, i reckon she'll practically be Carvers right hand man (so to speak) and treat us like the monsters that killed her father. Since Lee is dead i reckon she'll put some of that anger onto Clem aswell.
If Kenny's missing a few marbles, I'd imagine Lily would have lost an entire BAG of them by now. Picture the monster that murdered Carley/Doug times ten. I could see her being Carver's jailer or executioner.

Oh, about the question. I think she will be cold at first but if we attemp to runaway, she would help us.
At the same time she could have got over her father's death somewhat and be consumed with regret for what she did to Carley.
I'd still drop a salt lick on her, right enough.
I think if she was there, it'd be based on if you helped her with her dad and if you left her, if you helped her and brought her along she'll be very conflicted and try to help Clem as much she can by the end. If you did the opposite than she'll be none too fond of Clem for sure.
Although Clem had no real involvement in it, Lily will probably think of Lee in Clementine.
I kind of want Lilly to return but I think no one else should come back at least for a while. For one relaism and two the cast is already really big Clem,Luke,Rebecca,Carlos,Sarah,Kenny,Sarita,Carver,Bonnie,. Plus Nick and Alvin for most people/ the 400 days cast almost certainly and a few others at the new camp. Thats tons of characters
Now that would be interesting to see!! Depending on how you treated her in Season 1 she'll be nice or mean to Clem.
Glenn is dead, not even modern technology can save a man whose head was completely crushed by a baseball bat. Lilly, on the other hand, just disappeared and probably won't come back ever again.

Id like to see Lilly in Season 2, I think her and Kenny will still have fights, and maybe you choose who to side with... Again
If she's working with Carver, then she'll probably get back at Kenny by making his life hell with him unable to fight back due to her position in Carver's group. She could do whatever she wanted to him, but if he tried anything she'd have full authority to shoot him dead. I can see her taking advantage of that situation to the fullest.
