She didn't get a chance to redeem herself, but her action of killing someone out of anger isn't even surprising. It really wasn't even an out of character action. She was tyrannical, angry, stubborn, and emotionally unstable. For Lee, the fact that he murdered someone in the past is very surprising and out of character.

You know, you can like a character without agreeing with their actions. Lilly shot someone in a state of mental instability, but I still think she had in-depth characterization. Likewise, I think Kenny's an interesting character despite the fact he considered leaving Lee to die over a disagreement that took place after I had already saved both his wife and son's lives.
People's personal outcomes and interpretations are going to have variation. That's the way it should be in a game like this.
Even if you don't like certain qualities of Kenny, there is next to nothing likable about Lilly. She treats everyone like complete garbage a… morend tries to run the group as a dictator. All the while she never actually does anything useful for the group.

"You think you're some tough bitch, don't you? Like nothing can hurt you. But you're just a scared little girl. Get the fuck over it. Take a page from Lee's book and try helping somebody for once."
100% accurate. How does Lilly then respond to this criticism? She shoots Carley in the face. I don't care what Lilly was going through with the loss of her father, that doesn't make it okay to murder someone in cold blood.

I'd like to add a few points/actions about/of Lilly that make her better than Kenny (in my opinion, of course.)
In the meat locker, Lilly will still be on your side throughout the rest of the time she appears if you either help her or don't pick a side. This is even if you have sided against her (with Kenny, or in the middle) for every other part of the first two episodes. Kenny will despise you for a long time if you either go in the middle (which Lilly likes you for doing) or side with Lilly. Kenny is someone who if you don't side with him almost EVERY time, he will despise you. This is shown when... if you don't pick a side in the meat locker; he will leave you to die under that book shelf. If you don't pick a side in the meat locker, Lilly will shoot Andy ST John to help you. Hmm...
I believe this shows that Lilly treats people a lot better than Kenny, even if you help her just once. Just once. If you turn back on Kenny in that one part, it is INCREDIBLY hard to make him like you again. This, is why I prefer Lilly.

Some of these files are from S2Ep1's "Previously on TWD", and the rest are just old animations being reused for different characters(Ep2 Pet… moree uses at least one of Lee's animations from S1Ep5). Like I said about Lilly, if somebody finds "Lee203/204/205", or "DreamLee", that's when we can assume something like that is going to happen. I'm not saying it's definitely not going to happen if nobody finds those files- not all of the files for the next Episode are included in one Episode's files, after all, and I guess they could just use Lee's old model- but it's hard to assume until there's some kind of evidence. That said, I really would like to see a Lee dream.
Bonus fact(because why not):
TellTale had actually planned a dream sequence for Season 1 Episode 2. Whoever you didn't save(Carley or Doug) would haunt you in a dream and ask why you didn't save them, then compare themselves to the senator Lee killed just before the beginning of Episode 1.

Kenny is the character I like best from Season One, but I wouldn't mind a comeback of Lilly at all. To me, it'd be interesting to see how sh… moree's developed over the 16 month or so period, how the characters would react to each other after all this time, and whether or not she'd get along with Luke. Bringing her back may also put more emphasis on our past choices. For example, if we left her behind, she could act more bitter. And if we let her back into the RV instead, she might be more soft towards everyone.

I do… moren't think it was nice, perhaps some of us took the whole Kenny thing too far, but they all know that they were wrong and won't apologize, which I feel is unfair, given their behaviour and attitude to us.

Let me just contribute to this discussion by saying that Kenny is awesome while Lilly is not.
There's also the fact that Lee did what he did before the apocalypse, when stealing supplies isn't life or death.
