There's a chance, but I wouldn't doubt SOPA making a return. After all the hype of that died down originally they passed a similar bill on the down low anyway.

Spread the word. Go to Fanfiction.Net, Deviantart.com, Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, EVERYWHERE! Tell them to sign the petition. There are thousands of unfinished work that need to be done!
The petition is getting just about a hundred signatures by the minute. We keep this up, we'll have that 100,000th signature by Tuesday.
