Deeper meaning within the Can of Peaches?
I think the Can of Peaches might have more meaning than we thought. Both Alvin and Walter compare Clementine to the girl on the can and both get killed by Carver (determinant in Alvin's case). And they seem to mention peaches and beans a few times, peaches = Clem/ beans = ?. Who could beans be and the fact that they are eating them together do you think it's foreshadowing?
Shit lol I just read this and even I think im going crazy... Anyway, got any theories or thoughts?

can of peaches confirm ep 3
lol that caught me off guard
Bonnie probably mentions the resemblance in episode 3 and you'll be able to guilt her with "That's what Walter/Alvin said..."
I have to admit I laughed at the title, and I don't really know... peaches are a symbol of longevity and immortality aren't they? so.. yeah that's all I can think of.
Immortal Clem confirmed?
hell yeah, now we'll never have to worry about her dying at the end of the season.
It is foreshadowing the future appearance of Clem's twin sister who loves peaches!!!!
I have to admit I was thinking similar. It's mentioned more than once and made me wonder if there's something to it. But I also know Telltale will throw in pointless references or situations that really have no meaning just to make us wonder.
For example, the video recorder at the end of S1E2 with Jolene's rant about the bandit's. In the end, it was meaningless but makes you wonder what was the point.
Who know's, it could become something meaningful or absolutely nothing!
I think it was just to tip the player off to the fact that Matthew was connected to the lodge group. If you pick the "Something's wrong" option during the conversation with Carlos, Alvin and Rebecca in that upstairs area, Clementine mentions that Matthew and Walter had the same kind of food.
The 'can' in 'a can of peaches' actually symbolizes Clementine's struggle to survive. It expresses the question "CAN Clementine adapt to her surroundings and live in a world where death is around every corner?".
Now you know about the deeper meaning of peach can.
Most likely, but i was able to pick up on that way before Walter showed me the peaches.
Good find! I'm not entirely sure about how to interpret it though
This is my failure guess.
Peaches is Clem. Maybe beans is Sarita. They will usually be together. Kenny is the salt shaker in the background who wants to protect them.
Now since Sarita would always be with Clem this would mean she would not die. We don't know much about her and not much people like her or care about her so I'm guessing she will stick around for a while but I could be wrong.
I can't read "Peaches" without thinking about someother person on someother media
I'm fairly sure it just related Mathew and the lodge group. It was just another clue hinting that they were connected and that Nick may have fucked up worse than we thought he had, which was completely true.
Well, from the perspective of a racist, it seems obvious that Carlos would be the beans...
Princess Peach? In the walking dead? No way!
Presumably put in there to hint that Matthew was with the cabin group.
It foreshadows the future for our heroes...
I'm embarrassed about how long it took me to make the connection.
"That girl doesn't even look like Clem..."
...
"WAIT A MINUTE."
IT FORSHADOWS THE FUTURE!
The peaches are a portent of doom.
and then they smile and laugh the matter off.
I pick up on a lot of things but for some reason the peaches thing just flew over my head. I didn't realize who Matthew was until talking to Walter. My thought process was just kind of like "wow this was a really popular brand of peaches in this area."
probably means nothing lol. maybe the beans represent carver stinking up the place and making a mess of things for the group
Lol this made my day. Imagine Carver saying this " A storm is on its way" followed by a fart .
