Luke's Master Plan
So a lot of people are thinking that Luke has ditched the group for now and will return later to save the day. Now the only question is how exactly is he going to save the day.
If you remember the last part of the episode 3 preview, it shows Carver and Clementine on the roof of the hardware store looking over at a horde of walkers headed in their direction. Carver didn't seem too worried as if he knew they were coming.
Now seeing how Luke won't be able to break into a highly defended fortress alone, he might need to enlist some help of the undead variety.
Basically what I'm getting at is the idea that Luke might have directed a Horde of Walkers toward Carver's camp to create a distraction so the others could get out.
Any ideas?

No, Luke never has any good ideas they're all spur-of-the-moment bad ones. This is pretty much canon.
He got the group to escape once, why not again.
He'll show up at Carver's camp with a case of beer and say "We're burning daylight." Then six months later they'll be flat broke.
His plan may incorporate both stealth and force. I don't see him singlehandedly sneaking the group out. It may be some huge master plan that will involve a lot of trust in complete strangers.
They didn't escape.
A lot of people believe that he'll show up with the 400 days group members that didn't go with the woman.
Well I can't say but who knows, maybe Luke will finally arrive to Carver's camp with an eye patch after having found a new group to help him take on Carver, on top of an army Tank demanding that Carver has until sunset to get out a here. and release the hostages.
I have a feeling that he'll just sneak into the camp and try and get the group out of there that way. Of course things will go wrong (if this happens).
Seems crazy.....
I don't think Luke would have directed the undead towards Carver's compound to set them free. He doesn't seem the kind of person to try something THAT risky. Telltale rarely shows the end moments in their previews, so my bet is the zombie horde will appear somewhere in the middle of the episode. Luke will probably reappear to help sneak Clementine and whatever survivors are left from their group out. Cue some cheesy bonding over a common enemy between Luke and Kenny and you've got my expectations for Episode 3.
that would be awesome to see ^_^
We don't even know if this group is properly the enemy yet. All we know is that they seem to want to control the local human population and aren't shy about killing to obtain it, that isn't inherently negative considering the global circumstances in my opinion. Eliminating the competition isn't evil, depending on their ultimate goals they might just be in the darker grey spectrum of the moral horizon.
The main goal is survival, personal freedom can take a backseat until the zombie hordes start thinning out. Unless of course Carver's group is completely batshit crazy which they probably are, but we don't really know yet. I'm guessing Kenny will want revenge regardless of whether they mean well though.
I'm not sure that he is going to save them. He may try but his track record at being successful with anything that's not fleeing isn't very inspiring. And realistically, I don't think he can just scrounge up a small army to attack Carver. How exactly would he convince complete strangers to attack a community with AK's at their disposal? And given how he needed to think long and hard when dealing with just two walkers, I doubt manipulating a herd is in the cards for him.
I wouldn't even be surprised if Telltale subverts expectations and Luke gets caught anyway around the first half of the episode. Leaving the group completely demoralized (and possibly causing a rift between Luke and the others).
That would seem weird. He just went into the woods and convinced a bunch of people to risk their lives for a stranger.
I felt it would be kind of weird as well. I believe that most or all of the 400 days group are already in Carver's camp which could of been the same settlement that Tavia was talking about at the end of 400 days. I kind of guessed that perhaps he might hatch some kind of Rambo plan all by himself that would out smart Carver but that would be giving Luke a lot of credit before it is due. Nick even said their business deal went sour so I don't know. I also thought maybe he could cross paths with Molly somehow and since Molly knows of and remembers Clementine she might be willing to help save her one more time but it is a long stretch I understand, but would be cool to see Molly one more time somehow. Or he might even meet Christa and not know it to help save Clementine who really knows? And It is a lot of characters with ambiguous fates in this series so far Kenny's was ambiguous, Christa, Lilly, and Molly all had fates that know one is entirely sure about as of now. There just who knows where at the moment.
I think depending on who went with Tavia determines their status within the community. Maybe the ones Tavia brought back were immediately trusted by Carver and then he sent troops armed with guns to go back to the 400 days camp and take them by force. Like if Wyatt went with Tavia he is aloud to have a gun while if he didn't he would be forced into labor.
What if you got everyone to come along in your save file? If so, Luke is fucked.
Well Eddie got left behind. I think that's him in the back right.
EDIT: Okay, apparently I don't know how to post images. Just look at chapter 4's screencap in the game. I've also heard that this image can change depending on certain things but I don't know what. The alternate image shows a silhouette that looks like Vince. I don't have a picture of that one though.
Luring the walkers to the camp?
Something tells me there's gonna be some tactical espionage action!
OMG, Give this guy a medal, he & Robin solved the case
400 days characters confirmed
I wonder if it will involve snakes of a solid variety.
Oh it will ;D
Ah true. Ugh, I really hope Luke lives through at least a couple more episode of the season.
Yeah i thought that was Eddie as well he is wearing a hoodie but you can clearly see the goatee
