I'll be pretty pissed if Luke doesn't make an appearance and we're left on a cliffhanger for another episode as to whether or not he's alive… more and coming back.
Also if the determinant characters (Nick/Alvin) die right off the bat. Or just die period. I'd like to see them survive a little longer and have more of an impact on the story.
If they were to, I think they'll just do it similar to how it was done in Beyond Two Souls. In Beyond Two Souls, you technically deliver the baby but it's done in a way to where it doesn't actually show anything, you just hear a lot of screaming from the pain... and you have to cut it's umbilical cord.
Christ, I hope they don't make the player help deliver the baby. Shit's just a bit too gross in my opinion. Stitching Clem's arm was bad enough. If I wanted to delivery a baby, I'd go to medical school and get a degree.

I really doubt Luke will hurt Clementine. He had amp!e opportunity to overpower her when they were heading towards the bridge. He obviously cares a great deal for Clem and she is starting to for him. I wouldn't be suprised if he actually dies saving her life. A sad yet heroic ending for Luke would elevate him to favorite S2 character-status.
