That's exactly how I got into TellTale's TWD series. Except I had to wait with everybody else for Season 2 start, so no benefits from being late.
Suffered all the season 1, and i lived? Can i do it again, cause this wait is eating me AGAIN?
I did and it was great! Got it on steam sale and loved it, bought S2 on release and waiting for episodes kinda sucks but I occupy myself drawing
I only got into it last december, so I only had to wait for Episode 2 of Season 2 so far
I bought season 1 a few weeks ago,but i knew about the game since episode 2,and i am just waiting now...for s2e3

I played from the beginning actually I just happened upon it on Xbox live and I love the show and the comics so I figured I would check it out and boy am I glad I did it instantly fell in love with the series probably my favorite form of the walking dead now. love them all though.
Now we must wait for S2 E3 which just came out like 2 weeks ago but it feels like forever ago.
I wanna know whats going on with TWAU too they said it was supposed to be here earlier but its still not out. GAHH!!!! ALL THE WAITING!!!
I'm a weirdo and actually played it in chunks. Played 1&2 together a little while after episode 2 came. Loved it, then forgot about it during the wait for episode 3. (had a lot of shit going on). Came back to the series in December and finished Season 1, 400 days and s2e1. So my only huge wait was for s2e2.
Yep that's me but I don't mind the waiting. I have things to keep me occupied during these waits.

I bought Season One just a little over a month ago, so I also didn't have to wait for the first episode of Season Two. By the time I worked my way up to Episode Two of Season Two.. it came out 2-3 days later. This is the first time that I've truly had to wait for an episode.
Yes, I watched some people play through the walking dead season 1 then decided to get it. I still had to wait for season 2 though. ;-;

I started I think around when episode 3 came out I most likely would have bought it early but I was not aware of it at the time
I played Season 1 some time around August, so quite a while after it was finished. Trudged through the whole thing in one tumultuous, emotionally dry heave of a week and loved every minute of it, but I'm kind of enjoying following Season 2 this way. Unlike Season 1, I'm having more time to speculate and come up with theories and follow jokes and make friends within the fandom, and while it's a miserable wait it's fun to get involved with everyone else and be there when it all happens.
