**** or **** Poll. Who would you save? CLOSED

I know this whole "who would you save. Kenny or Luke?" has been done before, but I thought I would make a poll so I can compile statistics and see where the community currently stands on this topic. I also would like to see how the data fluctuates after each episode. I will create a poll after each individual episode marks their end and compare them until episode 5.

P.S. Post your reasoning on why you chose what you chose.

Edit: The poll will officially end at 9:00 p.m. so it's crucial that you vote beforehand. The poll may technically still be open, but I'm going gather the figures at 9 p.m. and that will be the official data for the poll.

Edit 2: The poll is now officially closed. Votes will not be counted from now on.

I'd save Winston. Because his words have inspired millions, brought tears to many eyes, and have made many others laugh.

  • i'm not even an avid kenny fan really but i like him better than luke so yeah kenny

  • My vote for Kenny made it a 50/50 tie. I'm surprised. Honestly I imagined more people would choose to save Kenny. I guess Luke is more popular than I thought!

  • Luke is my man!

  • Well Kenny is my homie and Luke is a nice guy (I think)....this is to hard to pick XD

  • whoa whoa wait a minute... Luke is winning?!

I like Luke but I voted Kenny.

  • I didn't help Kenny in the meat locker and he gave me shit for it all s1, but i'll be damned if i let you down again Kenny XD.

No offence Luke but Kenny is my boy.

    Luke. I won't hesitate.

    Luke is a cool guy.

Kenny... He is return... and done, nothing else.

    And Clem at the table:

What's the deal with your friend

"I trust him" (if you sat with Luke)

What's the deal with the kid?

"I like him, he is a good guy" (if you sat with Kenny)

Yes, yes Kenny was in season 1, but what? They never talked each other, they never hugged each other etc. So the Walking Dead player like Kenny, not Clem. This is my option. This is the truth.

Give me dislike, i don't care.

Luke doesn't feel like a real character to me. He is so over-dorky and over-laid-back, and TT wants the audience so badly to like him. He is like a comic relief gone wrong, he is like an unbelievable hybrid of Lee and Omid,

Therefore I voted for Kenny. He might go crazy, he might do something incredibly stupid. But he is at least a man of character.

  • You know after his famous line "Are you fucking kidding me" I've now acknowledged how many times I actually say this as well, and it's quite a lot LOL. So thank you Scavenger.

I know, man. Sometimes you gotta' let go. You will be missed, Winston. RIP.

  • Kenny, i don't care much of the cabin group. It's funny that Lukes the character i least trust here, i don't know nothing about him. Why he left Carvers camp, what's his goal other than "MOUNTAINS". My opinion mind change later but if its Luke or Kenny now, definitely Kenny. I don't like Kennys ideology of 'be with me or hell with's you' but Kenny is the survivor and with him i kinda feel safe (Clems perspective)... for now.

  • Luke, of course. This Kenny is really getting on my nerves. He acting himself like a girl with PMS.
Like my Clem said: "One man told me to stay way from crazy people." That's what I'm gonna do, when I will have to choose between Luke and Kenny.

  • Kenny obviously, Clem is like family to him and he would do anything to protect her and keep her safe. So i will do the same for my old Bro and new " caretaker ", even though Clem can take care of herself now.

As PerttuLaulaa has already mentioned before, we don't know alot about Luke yet. He might be trustworthy, but we can't be sure about that yet.

  • Why is Clementine a peach? Wouldn't she be a Clementine?

  • Or he's acting like a man with PTSD. Which is probably what is going on with him.

    Kenny.

EDIT: I suppose I should give my reasons. In my playthrough, Kenny said that Lee and Clem were the only family he had left, and he went with Lee to find Clementine without hesitation. He clearly cares about Clementine, and despite not actually seeing much interaction between Clem and Kenny, she has known him longer than Luke. Also the picture of Kenny, Katjaa, and Duck. We can assume that they talked to each other off screen.

Luke is nice and a great guy so far, but Clem has only known him for a week. The basis of my saving Kenny would be not leaving a friend behind. People make the argument that he's crazy, but then why wouldn't you help him? If anyone can help him get through this fragile state of mind, it would be Clem.

Though I think it would be a bad idea to make either character determinant since they're such huge characters. Have them die or not die, but making it a choice I feel would detract at least a little from both characters. Would be an interesting choice though, probably the closest to 50/50 that we've ever seen.

I just got that pic from Goldfish27's response. But I think its from the peach can Walt and Matt used to compare to Clem

  • The fact we're even having this discussion has reminded me how freaking evil TTG are.

  • I agree. Kenny was Lee's friend, not Clementine's. Game wise, I feel like we (as Clem) have built a stronger relationship with Luke in the week that we've known him than what Clem had with Kenny in S1.

  • People who vote Luke don't count.

Kenny wins 100% of the vote.

  • Luke threw her on the ground and locked her into a shed at gunpoint to die of massive infection and constantly endangers Clem's life because, like everyone in the new group, he sucks.

  • Oh mannnnn. I'm so conflicted.

Me as myself, I would pick Kenny because he's one of my favorite characters and I'd love to seem him make it to the end of this season. Also, he's gone through so much shit and deserves to be cut a break.

Me as Clementine, I would pick Luke. I feel like she has a closer connection with Luke, even though she's only known him for a week. I also feel like, if it came down to just her and one other person, she would have a better chance of survival with Luke. Luke and Kenny are equally bad at decision making, but at least Luke is young and sprightly.

Can there be a third option for Cyborg Lee?

  • That wasn't Luke's doing. He did throw her on the ground but he thought she was bitten and he stupidly thought that she would turn any minute.

Also, he didn't hold her at gunpoint and he tried to convince the others that she was just bitten by a dog. He didn't endanger Clem (and if you're talking about the bridge scene where he goes after the one zombie, that was just to clear a path so him and Clem could get off the bridge)

You have the right to think what you think but just know, it isn't true.
