Seems odd that Telltale would tease a scene from Episode 3 before Episode 1 would release.
Puzzlebox and other Telltale staff member mentioned earlier that they cut or move scenes in order to make the story better, so perhaps that happened with that scene as well.
I figure it's probably a scene cut from the game.

sorry, i think this is before and was cut out. i looked up picks from a house divided and luke has new stains in the pic, but in the vine he doesnt have the stains, unless he washed his shirt. look at the shirt, it has more blood stains then the vine.

It's not very hygienic letting blood sit in your clothes like that. So he'd probably wash it out anyway. And Clementine's shirt loses the stains as per the next episode preview.

"Move scenes" sounds like they have instances where a scene might serve the story better by happening earlier/later than originally planned. Have they ever mentioned doing that? If not, probably safer to just assume it's been cut.

It's the living room though. Notice the pattern of the throw rug on the sofa. It may have been how Clem originally found out about the baby not being Alvin's since it's right by the door she uses to get in the house.

Ah, ok thanks. Interesting. I guess it could pop up later. I'm kinda eager to see more Luke interactions with the other cabin members (outside of Nick) before they bite the dust. I'd rather err on the side of caution though so I won't get my hopes up.
Puzzlebox vaguely alluded to that today by mentioning they "moved" a scene in Wolf Among Us from Ep 2 to Ep 3.
However, I agree with your guess that the scene was cut.
I recently made a thread about this not too long ago as well, due to the abnormality of them teasing the scene just before the release without any trace of it since. According to the original vine that @Night_Owl provided the link for, the date was December 10th, 2013. Exactly seven days before "All That Remains" went public.
The popular belief so far is that it's a cut scene due to the sofa and background looking like it belongs to the cabin, and I have to admit that the more I study it, the more it seems to be true. And although this was probably where Rebecca originally told Luke about the baby's [true] father, I do still hope that we'll see some "variation" of it in the near future. I want to know the specifics. Also, with this in mind, I wonder if Luke and/or anyone else really knows whats going on regarding Rebecca's pregnancy in the final version of the first episode. It's hard for me to imagine him keeping this information from Alvin. Even after the whole "What's the most important thing in this world?" conversation he had with Clem.
Then again, he did want to hide the whole Nick-killed-Matthew situation from Walter. So there's that.
It's pretty intriguing that Luke was willing to keep this secret. On the one hand, yes, it'll make waves amongst the group if it gets out. On the other hand, it seems to be the main reason they had to keep running. So it feels like he did Rebecca a pretty big favor at the expense of the others. Which seems odd given the few interactions between them haven't been the friendliest. And the implications of that vary depending on whether he knew before or after they escaped.

This is not a cut scene. This moment was in the episode 1, when Clementine was searching for something than can be sewn hand. This conversation can be heard when Clem overhears a conversation in the kitchen. [Sorry for my bad English, if that]
I think it was removed, probably because of how Luke is on the couch. They probably had the meeting in that room then realized, how the fuck is Clementine supposed to sneak around then? Something along those lines maybe.

Oh, no worries at all. I was just pointing my past thread out for evidence and giving credit to other's responses as to what I was talking about. There are bound to be people besides me wondering what happened to this particular scene anyways, so I'm no special snowflake, haha.

Nah, this seems to be their old house.
I think they just dumped this scene

True, which sucks because I just want Luke to be alive! I'll take any bit of evidence I can.
Probably true, I just was hoping that this would "confirm" Luke for episode three but it's not much to go off of.
Don't worry, he is alive
I SAW THAT VINE B4 EPISODE 1 CAME OUT!

i was very exicted for a moment there though...

Maybe this is during the house meeting in the kitchen about what to do with Clementine in episode 1.

I really doubt they are going to kill Luke off screen.

Sorry, I didn't see that you already posted a similar forum.
But good points

Yeah it was probably cut. Or.... DLC before Clem arrived?
That'd be pretty cool.
