We don't really know how often Becca's handled a weapon, but I wouldn't say that she was sheltered in the same fashion that Sarah was if sneaking out was a regular thing for her.
She was still pretty sheltered the whole time. I don't think she needed to defend herself as much as Clem did, specially if she stayed in Carver's camp.

Or if she is bad, it'd be a pretty cool option if she picks up the picture of Lee and starts talking like Michelle did 2 years ago and were given these options.

It'd be so easy to just pass off Clem as this badass protagonist who takes Becca a few pegs down, and it'd be so easy to just imagine Becca as a two-dimensional antagonist arrogant child who needs to be taken down by Clem... but I doubt Telltale would go down that route. It's trite and silly. Clem's better than that, more mature.
I think when it comes down to it, there will be a fight, but I doubt it would be a grudge match like the rest of the folks pictured here. :P
