    LUKE CONFIRMED FOR EPISODE 3

Gavin Hammon tweetted something about recording some weeks ago... I guess they're working for quite some time...

  • Oh, shit, I didn't even realize that. This definitely confirms that Luke will come back, putting to rest any suspicion that he "cut and run" like Carver says he did.

  • He still could have run.

You know that saying? "Run to fight another day" or something like it

  • Yeah, but I think Carver was implying that Luke had abandoned them for good. The way Carver said it made it sound like he thought that Luke led them right into his hands and then bailed.

  • Indeed it is. :) Without spoiling too much of the process, Clem needs to learn that difficult, sometimes morally grey actions are for the good of the group.

Oh, I got it alright. I meant it wasn't funny how long we have to wait. Thanks for not giving me enough credit, though.

The official FAQ for TWAU never had any time frame, it was always only stated that releases would be released periodically. You might be thinking of the FAQ made by volunteer moderators on the forum, which is unofficial (since we're just volunteers and don't have any inside information on the development and release schedule of Telltale's games).

You know, there's something different about TWD S2... On TWAU's website FAQ, they deleted the 6-8 week releases, but, this hasn't happened for TWD S2's FAQ... Maybe they are trying to release on time?

I hope you didn't shoot someone on the way, things usually don't go well when that happens.

    Thanks!

There are five episodes in each season. Episodes are usually available to download between 4 and 6 weeks apart.

  • Good thing they are working so hard, so we can get the next episode according to the release schedule.

We wait 5 weeks and the voice actor do this:

  • Hopefully the 15th, 22nd, or the 29th of April. It's always on a Tuesday but if it were to be in May it better be the first Tuesday and not the second Tuesday... If they want to follow their rules of 4-6 weeks, it would have to be put up on the 15th of April.

    Hah

You should see what some soccer teams here on my country do while in a losing streak... Parties, drinking and other stuff

    THE FANS GO CRAZY!

Now just change the losing streaks to episode weeks and....

Good thing they are working so hard, so we can get the next episode according to the release schedule.

  • May 6, dude.

  • If it is on May 6th then the entire thing where they said they'd try harder to make each episode in 4-6 weeks was bullshit, and i'd be semi-pissed.

    May 6, dude.

  • I'd say 20th of May, so eleven weeks like the other episode.

  • Silence before the storm, god knows i love these moments. Only 2 to 3 weeks left to raging about the wait hell why not start now?

Until we know the context of this dialogue, it doesn't put to rest anything. I personally didn't buy the 'cut and run' explanation but this tweet alone doesn't confirm what did/didn't happen. For all we know, Luke just gets caught later.

Oh, shit, I didn't even realize that. This definitely confirms that Luke will come back, putting to rest any suspicion that he "cut and run" like Carver says he did.

  • You know whats the problem? There's no other relevant game releases.

From Feb to end May, we only got only some games worth playing (such as Dark Souls 2 and South Park). Compare it to 2013, where we got Tomb Raider, Bioshock Infinite, The Last Of Us and more...

This only makes the waiting worse.

Let's hope that Watch_Dogs, Mudered Soul Suspect and other upcoming releases satisfy us while we wait for the episodes

  • I'm having little faith on this title, as well. That E3 2012 demo was too good to be true

  • OK, I've been gone a few days and TWAU released so that must mean we're back in TWD mode and there's news!!!!!

No? Too soon? No news? Probably not for another 3-4 weeks? I should check back then?

3-4 weeks for an update (for news), you are an optimist for sure.

In three weeks we will get a tweet saying that they played the next episode and we will get it "soon" it will then take another week or two for them to release it.

  • When they haven't even announced that the game will come out soon then you can't even hope for a release within the next 4 weeks.

Or the promise of a DLC between each episode release.

  • Well, I read somewhere in the forums, one of the members mentioned that Telltale promised to release a DLC every 1.5 months, in between each episode release.
