  • It would help if you all rate the game 5 stars to show telltale how much we appreciate it and it might encourage them to make season 2 for us as well so come on rate 5

  • Spread the message we can do this only together.

  • 23 percent.

I'll be happy to give it a 5 after I play it. If they have given us a half assed, stop pestering us game that ruins the product then I'll give it what it truly deserves. If it's good enough for my standards then it'll be getting a 5/5. I'd just rather then not release it at all if it doesn't compete with the other versions.

  • It's weird that the android version of the game isn't available on this site.

If it isn't 5 stars, let me know why. The port was NOT half-assed. We are not ART compatible, but I really tried to make sure that the game ran as well as possible before release.

Glad to hear it. We spent a good amount of time testing on not-so-powerful phones. But not that one in particular.

In the words of Major Zero... "I'm sorry it took so long".

  • Might as well play it again...

  • I just downloaded it today. Loving it!

  • Way to go Telltale. No News, no everything. Good to see this finally coming up for Android Users though.

  • Finally they made a game for android.
Downloaded it, and it´s not bad. They just need to improve the control of the game.

  • Definitely got my 5 stars. The only problem I've had with it is the sensitivity. It's hard to not blast from one side of the screen to the other side of the screen. But that's bearable, love it!

  • Android is nice and all, but can I run it on my toaster? ;p

  • Toast and the walking dead? ?

    Why isn't this done yet?

  • While the graphics are very smooth on my Nexus 5, I do get some mild audio stutter. Seem to come random in left and right earphone. Tried restarting the device, but no change. Is this a known issue? (Using stock Android 4.4.2.)

  • I haven't the slightest.. TellTale can't expect to stay afloat if they keep alienating breakfast lovers like this. We demand representation!

  • I'm playing E1 right now. All the feels are coming back... T_T

  • They have yet to update the site. It'll happen eventually. I just want them to focus on Episode 3.

  • I'm okay with almost everything people put on toast. Between jelly and jam... I'll go with preserves. ;p

  • That came unexpected and is very awesome!

    Thanks, Telltale!

As long as it doesn't interfere with Episode 3's release, I'm very happy :)

    HELL YES!

EDIT - hang on a minute i can't download this on my sony miro :( (am i just being stupid and can't find it, or can only download it for tablets and the like???) Help!

  • It's not ART compatible, but will it be in the future?

  • For those who still shiver:

It works fine for me on my S3, but many people seem to have problems with their version

The controls are ok, the graphic is good, Episode 1 is free, good to get

It costs much battery though, and it often has some lags, like the console versions

But it's all right, just get it ;)

I still hope this doesn't change Episode 3's release

I have it on Xbox, but.. screw it. Telltale deserve it.

Sorry about that. That's such a stupid bug, and I was disappointed that we didn't quite fix it before release.

Yeah, I've seen quite a few complaints about the audio. Android naturally has a significant amount of audio lag, and I was trying to minimise it as much as possible. I think I was a bit too aggressive with it, and unfortunately the issue didn't come up in test.

The demand for ART honestly came as a bit of a surprise to me. It's a carefully hidden developer option, and I had no idea so many people would be using it. I've looked into it a bit since release, and I might know what the problem is. I think I might be able to work around the bug, but I'm not sure if we can/will patch it or not.

  • I noticed the initial download size is 1.14 GB while it's much, much smaller on iOS. Are the additional episodes and 400 Days included as part of the download, or are we supposed to download each one individually like on other platforms?
