Well that's never been in TWD. It's always held back a bit so it's not considered as violence porn. There's always supposed to be a bit of hope, and explicitly torturing someone would probably just turn fans off.
Indeed. And I doubt Telltale would go down such a primitive route anyway; even the cannibal family in season 1 was quite civilise compared to most redneck cannibal families.
