If you click here and look at the last two releases Crooked Mile and In Harm's Way have both been classified on the same day the last two months by these chaps. If I had to guess TTG is probably a few days away from receiving classification. Plus a week for Xbox and Sony to sort their shit. It's looking more and more likely the first week of May.
My prediction for April 29th is still alive though, for now.
You know, if you think about it, the episode is already in gold stage, Telltale can release it whenever they want. This makes me wonder how much advanced in production they are with the upcoming TWAU Ep 4 and TWD Ep.4. This could mean earlier releases in the future.
Don't lose faith, people. All it takes is one main screenshot on Tuesday. (Maybe even tomorrow?) All of a sudden, Telltale's got their In Harm's Way Twitter theme, then another screenshot or two on Wednesday before a Thursday or Playing Dead trailer reveal.

The Vita release is not delaying In Harms Way, The Sony/Microsoft certification process and the ratings are the things that take the most time.
