The problem with Season 2...
As we all know by now, Clementine is our playable character in Season 2. With episode 3 just around the corner I can't wait to see where TellTale takes the story, but my only issue is, what will Season 2 leave for (of there is one) Season 3?
What I'm trying to say is, if we play as Clementine this season then who will we play as next season? Clementine again? If we are going to continue Clem's story then, yes...
TellTale can't possibly make her the main part of Season 2 and then an extra character again in Season 3, can they. That would be a huge slap in the face to fans.
Anyway, how do you feel about this? Can Clementine be the main focus of the series and then back to being an extra? Thanks

When I say "extra" I don't mean as in unimportant, because she was on season 1. I mean she's unplayable, and after making her playable they can't go back really...
Whether or not Clem becomes an extra depends on whether or not TTG can pull it off, so.. I'm not sure :P
"A slap in our faces". This reminds me of an user who kept creating threads with this name, but I think it was about TWAU. Jesus, a long time has passed.
I don't see why that would be a slap in the face. I think it's perfectly fine to make her a NPC if there is a season 3. The only thing that might be difficult is trying to manage her changed personality (depending on how you play as Clementine), but then again there are plenty of dialogue the player has no control over and the player also has the option of being completely bipolar so...
They might go same way that borderlands seem to go. You play as two people and see it from more than one perspective.
No matter whatever path they choose I think we won't be dissapointed.
True. I'm trusting TellTale to get it right! Haha
I agree I don't think they could change back to having her as a nonplayable character. It was hard enough to switch from an outside perspective to hers with preset notions of her personality in place, it would be mentally straining to move back to a third person perspective and watch our first person choices meld back into a preset idea of who she is, what she would do, and how she thinks.
Described it better then I did!
They could just use the save files like they did with season 1 and season 2
