This might sound dumb, but how about we at least try to operate the forums normally for a little while. I'm sure that'll prompt him to come back out with a picture somewhere. The mods are working right now to solve this problem, and if he comes back out for maybe even a little bit, they'll be able to deal with him lol. For now, everyone really should look at the "How To Block the Pictures" Thread, that way we can at least ignore the pictures.

That or just download Tor Browser and you'll never have this problem again since in it you have a button to randomize your IP and now even some IAP have dynamic IP. If you really want to ban someone you'd have to hwid ban him, and even then there are still a few things he could do.
