The episode is finished, but Job said that they are standing by for confirmed release dates. Just keep checking Telltale's "Blog" tab on this website over the next couple of days and you'll be fine

Everyone thought that episode 3 will be released 29th April or 6th May but instead it'll be on 13th May probably. It's really "sooner than we thought". Yeah. :P

Oh well...I guess...we have to...wait whole week...full of hard work...to play it. Oh well, I guess it's worth it...Hell, I'm optimistic but not patient. At least now it's 99.9% 13th may.
I really hope this episode will be long not like previous two episodes. God my heart really hurts when I'm saying this. I don't want a but... I kinda disappointed with Season Two so far. This season I'm not emotionally invested. I mean you give me a master piece that Season One then you give me these lack luster episodes. I'm not hating on Telltale for taking time to make an episode. I don't want badly written, hastily made games full of bugs and weak storylines too. NO, I'm not whining. I just...I don't know what to say. It's complicated. Let's just say this Season not succeded to catch my emotions...YET!

This is really more like the communication of the Telltale of old, and it's great to see. I hope they continue this trend of communication with their fans. :)
I think it's a matter of opinion. I actually very enjoyed Episode 2 and it left me screaming at the end. Maybe Ep 1 wasn't that good, but you know, it was an introduction. :)

Folks, today we have learned to not get too excited over early episode files uploads on the steam database or early achievement reveals. We got too confident thinking it would come out as early as april 22 or 29 because of past trends with other episodes.
To be honest i think telltale was also planning to have it earlier than the 13th but the classification clearly fucked them over or maybe something else as they recently started looking for a new release manager.

For me, episode three of season one was the one that hooked me real good. After carley was murder I realised how much I cared... I hope this episode three will be the same!

nope! I will finally concede it MAY be the 13th but with Telltale there are absolutely never ever ever ever without a doubt any guarantees. Wont be surprised if it gets pushed further.
yea but by ''much sooner'' i didnt think theyd mean ''by 1 week sooner'', considering the FAQ still says that the episodic release is 4-6 weeks.
