WHAT? C'mon man i really don't care that you guys hate my realistic opinion but if you are going to try to argue at least state the facts. I said FROM THE START (around early April or even late March) that the Episode will be coming out mid to late May. As the dates progressed (around April 20th) I said it will come out later than May 10th. Than in the past couple of days I said May 13th is a possibility. Im not going to pick a date because I have no freakin clue when it will come out. All I know and knew from the start is that everyone would be wrong with respect to their early release dates.
Why?
You'll be wrong, too, if that's what you're getting at. You clearly said May 13th, and when it looked worse a few days ago, you changed your opinion to later than May 20th
Isn't it possible that they could get both games released fully before the end of August because if I'm right the fourth and fifth episode of the Walking Dead were released close together.
Completely agree. I am not complaining. I am just simply informing everyone of Telltales history regarding at how terrible they are at releasing episodes. This is a forum where people discuss the video game. . . obviously there is going to be complaining whether it be about the release date or the actual game content.
I have something for you, and all you, including the moderators, guys. Follow this link and you can listen to all the soundtracks from the "The Walking Dead: Seasin 2" :)

I miss the days when they would just release it when it was ready to those of us who actually bought it from them, (a nice little perk) but it seems the consoles dictate everything these days. Sigh...
I guess transferring shooting game into point and click is interesting, but...Borderlands? I haven't played it, does it at least have story? Because I heard the game is just making quests.

I don't know this game honestly.
Eh? You can't know if it's boring or not if it's not even out yet. I'm optimistic about TftB, since I'm a huge fan of the franchise (it's basically all I play with one of my friends) and now TellTale can do something great with it. There's a whole wealth of interesting and likeable characters they can draw from and I'll have to play it anyway considering it's canon.

See if you have any friends that own the game, playing it alone is fun, but it's really meant to be played with a friend or 3. But yes, the game does have a story, although it's probably best to go straight into Borderlands 2, the first game is good, but definitely dated, it didn't even have full voice acting. The second game basically sums up the (very simple) plot of the first game for you, and it's story is actually pretty good, I even got genuine emotion just because of how likeable the characters are, except Clap-Trap, nobody likes Clap-Trap.

I couldnt agree more with you. I only played Borderlands 2 from the Borderlands-Franchise but for a shooter I think the story was pretty good. I also really liked the characters in it, especially Krieg. Im definately looking forward to Tales from the Borderlands, it will be interesting to see what game TellTale can make out of this.

I'm just here reading comments and I though: "What day is it? Oh Monday, this week TWD EP3 comes out!"
And then I am: "Wait.. wait... there's one more week... FUC*!!!"
That doesn't justify it's "story". Memelands isn't anything special it's characters and stories aren't that interesting and I just don't see how it willwork as a 10 hour story game I just don't see it. The franchise is just not overall character or story rich like something like TWD or GoT is. Oh well maybe if they have 50 pieces of DLC like Borderlands 2 did maybe the story will be worth it eh?

With their new cinematic story games, if you look at the release of The Walking Dead: Season One (which was the first of their games in this genre), the episodes were released at a quicker rate as the season went on (the first couple of releases were released 2 months apart, then by the end of the season they trimmed this down to about 6 weeks).
If this trend continues for The Wolf Among Us and The Walking Dead: Season Two, it's definitely possible that both episodes could be out by August or early September.

You do realize this is a thread focused on when the episode is going to come out right? Why go out of your way to insult us?
Anyways, this thread kind of gives us something to look forward to, even if it is just speculation. After all TT hasn't given us too much in the past few months about release dates!
Go be a meaner elsewhere you childish potty mouth.

ClemOwnedYou, while I agree with you on some of what you said, there are a few things I feel the need to point out.
For one, we're "complaining" because we're fed up with Telltale dragging this out because of the fact that Microsoft and Sony are dragging ass on confirming their release dates. It doesn't take this long to test the game for bugs and then make a quick phone call to tell the company the release dates. The game was completed a couple weeks ago. I don't see any reason to drag this out for as long as it has been.
Another thing is that we're "pulling dates out of our asses" because unlike some people on this discussion, we still have hope that episode 3 will come out sooner and not later. We realize that it won't come out tomorrow, so that's why we are hoping that it will come out on the 13th. We're not at fault for holding on to hope.
One more thing, the episode comes out and we're satisfied until the wait gets to be unbearable. We won't go back to "bitching and moaning" immediately after we finish episode 3. We're most likely gonna start off with posting theories on what episode 4 will be about, and then when the wait becomes too unbearable, that's when we have the right to become a little impatient.

You were right, ok? We get it. And you have all the right in the world to be proud of yourself (it sounds wrong, I don't want to offend you with that)
And I have no problem with your realism. Yes, you didn't get hyped all over the place, and you were more realistic than many of us.
But stop rubbing it in our faces already. We got it now, you don't have to remind us about it every 10 minutes.
Just let it rest.
I didn't mean to offend you at all, although it may have looked like it
