hypothetical situation Becca or Sarah, Who would you go with?
After getting separated from everyone after what goes down at Carver's camp Becca, Sarah, and Clementine are left to wander and fend for themselves making their way to a meet up point. A couple of close calls come up while protecting Sarah. Sarah feeds their only food: croutons and chips to a group of pigeons, she uses good drinking water to wash blood out of her hair cause it stinks, and on their journey Clem gets her foot stuck in something with walkers closing in while Sarah has a panic attack doing nothing but running off in shock with Becca stepping in to save Clem after taking care of a walker that was pinning Becca.
Once in the clear Becca calls Sarah worthless and other mean things and Sarah starts breaking down crying curled up on the ground about missing her father. Clementine tells Sarah to "come on" but she refuses. Becca tells Clementine to "Just leave her. Protecting her will get you hurt or killed. Either way I refuse to go with you if you stick with her. You shouldn't take the chance you'll regret it." And with that Becca starts walking away. You can choose to follow Becca or stay with Sarah.
If you stay with Sarah, Clem says to Becca as she walks away, "Someone was willing to give me the chance. Im willing to give Sarah the chance."
If you follow Becca Sarah yells crying "BUT CLEMINTINE A PINKY SWEAR IS FOREVER!!!" if you did a pinky swear with her.

Clem don't leave nobody behind.
As much as I want to go with Becca, Sarah is my friend now. I pinky swore and I usually never break promises (Please don't die Nick! I promised Pete!). But all the things Sarah did in your scenario seemed a little far-fetched. However I would still stay with her. At least Sarah is nicer then Becca. She is however way too sheltered. Hopefully she can adapt to the new world and become a survivor like Clementine.
I'm not going to leave her, because that basically means she will die on her own. She is kind of useless, but if we go with Becca, Sarah will surely die. If we go with Sarah, Becca still has a chance to live. So most likely both will live if you stay with Sarah. I'm not going to let people die just to survive. If I get killed then so be it.
"I may not have what it takes to last for long, but that's okay. 'Cause at least I can say that when the world goes to shit, I didn't let it take me down with it."
But here is only or option, so i go with Becca. She could be a badass. I don't like too much Sarah.
Then I'd hope that Becca becomes to Clem what Kenny was to Lee. (i.e "Help me all the time or I'll hate you.")
If Becca thinks I'm gonna leave somebody behind; SHE CAN EAT MY SHORTS! No one gets left behind on my watch.
