I hope you're not just judging that based off of what genitalia it has... you do realize Clem is going to have to see Rebecca in that state … more(though with different genitalia of course).
She may be a kid but it's not like she doesn't know of those things... she obviously knows how babies are made due to her having the option to say "Who's baby is it" so we should really stop underestimating her knowledge on things.
Man... that must be terrifying. It was already terrifying enough to learn it in the real world but there's never good timing to have that discussion in the ZA :P
Not to mention she already saw it all with Christa. Or so one would assume. Christa trusted nobody else so its safe to say Clem helped with delivery.
