You are not wrong. But the point is that telltales "3-7 week-promise" was a bad, bad lie. Thats the only thing what really pissed me. I think I can handle the wait, but it makes me really angry if they promised me shit. Thats a diffrent.
If we're being honest people need to stop deluding themselves about the releases of Telltales games. They haven't released a new episode of … moreeither of their projects this season inside of two months, and that trend is just going to continue as they take on more projects.
I think we should be planning for between 10-12 weeks between games, and if they come sooner, great. If they don't, its not like we didn't see it coming.
To be honest, I think that Tales from the Borderlands is a terrible idea, and I'm hoping that telltale will abandon the project to focus more on TWAU, TWD, and GoT.
I don't like the fact that they're pushing Borderlands and give it all this attention when they already have two titles that are barely halfway done who deserves all the energy. Instead of giving us early screenshots of Borderlands they can release the much longing Ep3 trailer. They seem to have very bad ways to prioritize their work; they are over excited for Borderlands and Game of Thrones and they see The Walking Dead and The Wolf Among Us as secondary projects under the circumstances. This is something I will never like them for.
Look to be honest I don't mind the wait. Usually the longer the wait means the better the episode. Episode 3 is rated 18+ for extreme violence, language, and gore. I'm sure there are better things to do instead of complaining about the release date. Read a book, go to the park, take care of real life business etc. This is not the first time an episode was delayed. TWAU part 2 was delayed because ISO and Apple had issues with the episode having nudity. So it's not anyone's fault for the delay. Some companies are strict about what type of content is in the episode causing TTG's to tweak the episode for that system so it can be playable. So yea that's why TWD episode 203 is delayed. It takes a week to get confirmation from a company, and due to the violence and content in 203. Just a few more days guys and we'll be crying and throwing our controllers on the ground. BenPaul's wish came true lol. He said he hopes the episode wouldn't come out this week so we can have more discussions Lol.

I've played Borderlands 1. Got bored af after a coulple of days of playing and it still had NO story. Find the Vault, that's all.
Fast forward 5 years later. I decided to buy Borderlands 2 last month, considering Telltale is gonna make a game about it. So I go to check to see if they fixed this boring as a mother fucker problem..... NOPE but at least it got even boringer. (yes it was so boring I had to say boringer) so Boringer that I literaly got my money back the next day. Please Telltale if it means getting The Walking Dead faster please send this game to hell where it belongs.
That doesn't justify it's "story". Memelands isn't anything special it's characters and stories aren't that interesting and I just don't see… more how it willwork as a 10 hour story game I just don't see it. The franchise is just not overall character or story rich like something like TWD or GoT is. Oh well maybe if they have 50 pieces of DLC like Borderlands 2 did maybe the story will be worth it eh?

I back up the majority of these comments. Me and a friend we're curious about both of the borderlands games. We got both games only to see it had no story and boring gameplay. A few funny jokes here and there, and that is it. By far one the worst game titles I have ever played. It disappoints me that my favorite game company is making a game about this terrible series. But if anyone can make a story for this game and make it at least a little enjoyable it's these guys.

Of course it has alot of great characters, like personally I love tiny tina and that little robot. But the game gets really boring and repetitive real quick.
I'd say most people on this forum hate that game because typically we aren't a fps/open world type of gamer. But with me, that's just not the case. I love both, but yet seem to find that game intensely boring. And if the game franchise typically bores us I think it's pretty much safe to say the game that's coming out WILL be boring (example being like COD,BF,etc.). But then again yet, this game will be like the typical TTG so who knows?
But understand this, majority of the people on here hate that game as well since it's just MORE work that telltale is doing rather than doing twau/twd. They've told us that they wont be working on twau or got but we've already found out they totally bullshitted us and are secretly working on it. That could only explain twau 4 month delay, and twd 3rd month release.
Eh? You can't know if it's boring or not if it's not even out yet. I'm optimistic about TftB, since I'm a huge fan of the franchise (it's ba… moresically all I play with one of my friends) and now TellTale can do something great with it. There's a whole wealth of interesting and likeable characters they can draw from and I'll have to play it anyway considering it's canon.

I'm so bummed out by the whole Borderlands and Game of Thrones situation. I love Borderlands, and I always wanted another game after Borderlands 2, but I would never have wanted Telltale to do it because it will interfere with The Walking Dead and The Wolf Among Us, where they should devote 100% of their energy (primarily to TWD, in my opinion). I have faith in Telltale, but I'm very afraid that there may be drawbacks in quality if they divide their workload among so many big projects. Even if they manage to make everything perfect, God knows the waits will be unbearable. Either way, something is going to suffer.
