Well, previews are much different than trailers. Trailers show more plot and more things related to the episode. Previews aren't really good enough to believe them, coz TTG might still change the story a bit. Everything what happens on the trailer actually happens in the episode, and not all things from preview are showed in episode. Preview shows the plot of new episode, trailer shows how will episode look, what will happen etc.
What @nickybello said. The 'sneak peek' seen after each episode is basically a teaser for the upcoming episode. This doesn't mean that what we see in the teaser will happen in the episode. The teasers are just something for us to bite in.

I know that feel bro. I plan on going to college once I move and get an art degree. I don't know where most of friends are unfortunately and I don't have a job. But I'm happy. :)
