I heard that about IQ, but you did get what I meant, right? She has regular intelligence. I doubt she can even be considered dumb.
As for the Asperger's, unless it's a diagnosis so vague that you could say everyone has it (I know it's stupid, but some definitions I've heard almost suggest this), I don't think Sarah's Asperger's.
Just so you know, IQ measurement is kind of bullshit. It really means nothing besides the fact that you did well on an IQ test, it's like th… moree SATS, it's a useless measurement. Not even speaking bitterly, this is coming from someone who has a very high IQ and did well on their SATs. But nevertheless I'm pretty sure Asperger's isn't related to IQ.
I mean... not everyone with Asperger's has the same personality. I know people with Asperger's who are very outgoing and friendly. What Asperger's tends to be is a difficulty gauging social cues, and that can be expressed in a number of ways.
She's definitely got some stunted development going on, that's for sure. Nothing a little exposure to the horrors of the world can't cure. Hence episode 3.
I would say Sarah's above average intelligence, honestly. Maybe not "street smarts", but she seems to be an avid reader. Still, her being above average doesn't necessarily mean she isn't disabled. A disability isn't an indication of how intelligent you are.

Random plot twist (Sarcastic): Everyone has mental disabilities except for Clementine, that's why they had her work on the windmill! IT ALL MAKES SENSE NOW!!!
I know being smart doesn't mean she isn't disabled. I just don't think she's disabled at all. She obviously has quirks, like everyone, but she seems pretty average to me. We've hardly seen anything truly unusual in her.

Sounds to me like she has an anxiety disorder. From personal experience, anxiety disorders are multifaceted, and a big part is shortness of breath, (IE when Carver came) another part is shaking, I suppose if that goes to the extreme it's debilitating shock.
ok but I don't do let plays. I don't own a youtube account maybe in the future but at the moment no. I think your confusing my username with someone's else's

That's fine. But I think there's nothing wrong in thinking she might be. Personally I'm waiting till the story is finished or until something is said to confirm/deny it before I make a definite judgment.

i dunno, i could see him as the angry over protective father. homeschooling her to keep her away from bad influences, being right beside her whenever she was allowed to go out. and glaring down or threatening anyone that tried to be friendly. the worst thing she's afraid of is him being very disappointed with her, yet he practically threatened clem.
You know this whole zombie thing has only been going on for a couple years. Presumably, she wasn't locked inside away from the world before … morethat unless Carlos is actually some completely overprotective psycho even before the dead started walking. Never been exposed to other children? Highly unlikely.
