I think his heart is in the right place. I love how he's not an all around appeaser, like you said. During his Season Two TWD playthrough he did put his foot down and say 'hey guys, stop telling me I'm making wrong choices, because they are MY choices and that's what this game is about', and that for me shows that he's real. He's not out to appease anyone!
I really do like pewdiepie because he just funny and an all around nice guy. Also, playing a game like outlast, you gonna say wtf is happeni… moreng and why if you don't read the documents laying around. But that because he knows not everyone wants him to do stuff that may be boring or not entertaining. I myself do like these stuff if its juicy and good, but it's not for everyone. But pewdiepie do let people pause the video to read the documents like in the out last whistle blower. What I'm trying to say that he does things what his fans mostly want, but he completely doesn't ignore his other fans.

Maybe Carver beats Kenny (because he had the idea to make Clem steal the talkies), but not to death, because Clem and Kenny hugs later in the trailer and Clem has the scar Troy did to her.
So, maybe Kenny fights back and wins the fight and kills Carver ? That would be amazing ! Then Tavia becomes the new antagonist and then the walkers come in and everyone escape.
Also, "witnessed a murder" could refer to Bonnie being murdered by Carver as she let Clem go away for 15 minutes ...

I also believe that at the end of the twd s2 e3 trailer, when Kenny is saying go on, don't look, he's not talking about a living person, but a dead person or someone in the group that turned. Why, well, if it was carver, he wouldn't have had this epic line to say. Instead, he would have just killed him right there and then. But also, a walker would just be growling and acting predictable, giving Kenny enough time to say his line. Also, if it a dead person, not shot in the head, he would also have time to say his line. Also, if it is a living person, it's probably one that have accepted their fate of becoming a walker, because of getting bit, and asked to be killed before he/she turned. Plus, I don't believe Kenny is referring to clementine, but either someone close to the victim or to the whole group, cause Clem is obviously use to death and tragedy by now.

Really, of all the people you don't want Clem to kill it's Carver. Carver is an asshole, pardon my language, and also, he beated up Carlos, right in front of poor Sarah's eyes. I get what you mean that you don't want Clem to lose her innocence, but if you chose Clem to shoot Lee, then if you ask me, she already lost her innocent.
