May sound stupid but what if it's a child/children walkers around Clem's age and it reminds Kenny of Duck? Maybe this is why he sounds really pissed but sad. What if Carvers camp keeps zombies in the camp areas that are restricted to anybody but Carver and guards? I doubt that Kenny would really mind Clem seeing Troy get murdered, or maybe it's Sarita or Rebecca dead?
What we see as the image for the episode is not always true. The photo for episode 3 season 1 showed Duck excitedly looking out of this moving train. We know that that's not how it went.
