  • What about Carlos? Yeah, he wasn't the most likable but he did have medical expertise. That's trouble for Sarita if she loses her arm.
  • Carver is psychopath. Yeah wow......the stuff he did was really disturbing. If he hadn't died I can picture him coming after Clementine and never stop tracking her down.
  • Yeah well guess what?

  • Carlos dies, yes. I was talking about Sarita on NukemDukem's live stream. She survived the infection, what about the blood loss?
  • I saw the livestream. What was your username on there?
  • He is very VERY much dead.

  • I'm kind of disappointed, honestly. Sure, guy had it coming. But I feel like a bunch of potential died with him.

    Just me?
  • It was "Bandzeh" I was the one having heart failure when I first clicked on the livestream. haha

I saw the livestream. What was your username on there?

  • Nah I'm with you, but at the same time I'm glad they're moving on. I wouldn't really want Carver chasing them all over Atlanta unless it was sped up to the tune of Yakkety Sax.

I'm kind of disappointed, honestly. Sure, guy had it coming. But I feel like a bunch of potential died with him. Just me?

  • Season 1 did great without an antagonist.

  • But when you build one up, it's usually best to not kill him and render him completely one-note.

  • Yes, but it had more than one antagonist. The St. Johns, the bandits, and then the final antagonist and I guess you can say main antagonist, the stranger.

  • I agree. I would have liked to see him go one to keep causing trouble for the group, because he was built up to be the Big Bad of this Season, but the pragmatist in me is glad that he's dead because, really, there was no other way that could have gone down. He had it coming, though I would have just blown his head off rather than bash his skull in.

  • Pretty sure Kenny took out a few chunks of the brain.

Are you sure Kenny hit the brain? (Trollface)

  • Even if he didn't, the blood loss would be significant enough for Carver to die within a couple minutes. He literally had no face when Kenny was done with him.

  • I do think a lot of potential went out with him. They could of had him chasing after them for revenge after his place got overrun by walkers. He could have even found Sarah first, and held her hostage, idk.

I'm kind of disappointed, honestly. Sure, guy had it coming. But I feel like a bunch of potential died with him. Just me?

  • it was a weird feeling when he died so soon... it was weird to me in general that we got out of the "prison" AND killed the big bad all in one short episode... the big bad who had been lurking behind us for the past two episodes and who was some scary entity that the cabin group was so afraid of, weakened and killed just like that... and yes i chose to watch, it was an interesting feeling with rebecca there next to me
i mean i guess they couldn't keep us there for the whole rest of the season and it's not like i expected a huge boss battle or something, just seems like it all happened so fast
  • Nah it ain't just you man. I feel like they should have built him up a bit more like they did with the Governor.

I'm kind of disappointed, honestly. Sure, guy had it coming. But I feel like a bunch of potential died with him. Just me?

  • I think its fitting that he fell apart because everything he had worked so hard to build was coming down around him. Without his army and his fortifications and his power he was nothing and the group realised that drawing blood from a stone is definitely possible.

  • I think they can bring back Nate. He can still make a great antagonist. He would come in and take whatever's left of Carver's group and go out for revenge.

  • Well, the governor got like an entire season to get built up. Pretty dfficult to build an antagonist if you just got one season. Who knows whats gonna happen within the next two Episodes.

Yep, he got the full Glenn treatment.
  • Carver has to die this episode to let Clem develop as a character. Michael Madsen and the writing staff did an excellent job making a strong and brutal antagonist that forced Clem to acknowledge her potential and strength she has within. If Carver was to stay alive, we would not be able to see how Clem reacts knowing now that she is a shepard and not a sheep. However, I will miss Carver because Michael Madsen's ability as a voice actor allowed the character Caver to made this episode personal for me (as Clem).
  • He hardly even had one by the end. :S

  • Bloody 'ell, I just zoomed in on a screenshot I took of the moment, and his skull and lower jaw are completely de-attached. The upper part of his skull is basically twisted in what is left of his head.

  • Praise DUCK JESUS.
  • Think I saw you lol. When the stream finally loaded for me Clementine was on the roof of the building trying to get those radios.

It was "Bandzeh" I was the one having heart failure when I first clicked on the livestream. haha

  • Holy crap, WAT. I never considered that! Carver confirmed for episode 4. He can just put a few bandages on it, it's all fine guys.

  • I'm even more annoyed that they killed Troy with him. Considering the characterisation Troy had in Episode 3, they could've left him alive and then had him come back for revenge later on in the truck or something.
