If you could change Season 2's plot in any way...

What would you change? How would the change affect the story? What would have happened to Clem and crew?

  • I like it just the way it is honestly. but I probably would have made carver stay alive for a little more. like we play and try to escape but fail twice, and then the third time we escape killing carver.
  • Yeah, it feels unsatisfying to get rid of the guy who's supposed to be the main villain of the entire Season after two episodes.

Carver would have survived longer, and there would be an all out war between his camp (With the 400 Days characters) and our group.

  • TBH, I think this'll happen but with Tavia instead of Carver.

The main thing I would do is add more damn character development with Carver.
He's potrayed as this cool and calculated man in episode 2 who isn't afraid to be violent, but that's literally it.
He smacks Clem around a bit, kills Reggie, fucks Kenny up, and threatens the survivers, but there's nothing smart about that (just my personal opinion).
Oh, and he should have survived longer. Some antagonist, dying in the middle of the series. Other than that, it was a pretty good episode.

A happy ending where nobody dies and everybody i hate is dead.

    Wait...
  • According to whom? The Fungi of Yuggoth? The Shoggoths? Shub-Niggurath or Cthulu?

    Ben, you're finally useful.

  • ya, but when you think of it, they may have something even bigger and better coming to us.

like in season 1, they killed off the villains (cannibals) fairly early, did the rest of the season suck? no it didn't. don't lose hope :)

  • XD eh.. looks like she is turning into the devil. :(

  • Tough choice, have Pete live longer
  • then the game wouldn't be good because you would know people you like would never die.

  • Ah cool. I made it. It's Zalgo inspired.

XD eh.. looks like she is turning into the devil. :(

  • I'd make Carver slightly less clear-cut evil and make him last longer.

I'd actually go somewhere with Carver's whole 'Can you really trust them?' plot.

I'd make it last for more than 90 minutes at a time.

I'd make it so you could actually get to know the people involved in it a little better.

    Think that's about it.
  • I'd have made the gun a pick-up item in the truckstop bathroom.

I REALLY liked the first two episodes but there is one thing I would have changed in Episode 1, and I liked the third episode, but I would have changed some things in it, here they are.

    1. I would have had Luke apologize to Clem for dropping her like a hot potato - Hear me out! I didn't have a problem with him letting her go, but I feel like he could have been more gentle. Don't get me wrong! I like Luke, and I understand he was scared, and I can excuse that, I just wish he had apologized. I forgive him anyway though haha.

    2. Troy's character would have been different - I wouldn't have him hit Clem so much, he would have been less of a redneck, also he would rarely speak.

    3. I would have had Carver and Troy survive In Harm's Way - Once again, don't get me wrong! I hate Carver, and I don't like Troy. But I feel like they could have been the villains of the season. I would have had Tavia be the one beaten by Kenny, and the episode would end with Carver staring at the direction the survivors left in, in front of the overrun compound.

    4. I would have had the 400 Days characters play larger roles - I understand it was hard to work them in since they are determinant, but I heard some people suggest the ones that didn't go with Tavia could be imprisoned in the compound. Also, some would have escaped with Clem's group.

    5. I wouldn't have had Carver's group stay so intact - As I said before, the episode would have ended with Carver staring at the group's escape path in front of the overrun Howe's. The only current members remaining would have been Carver, Troy, and two or three other guards.
  • pete does live and the 400 days characters actually affect the story
  • I think I'd just want there to be less "correct" choices. If you don't save Nick and Alvin in Episode 2 you just miss out on some scenes in Episode 3, so there's no reason not to. The way these choices are, people are just gonna go back and redo them to pick the "correct" one, which makes the whole interactive story thing meaningless.

I would have the Luke vs Kenny thing more evident.. We had some bonding time and character development in episode 2 but that was all interrupted with Carver capturing them.. I would focus the rest of the episode on bonding with the characters and more tough decisions.. They dont even have to be big decisions.. even small ones like which table to sit at.
  • If christa got shot instead of omid ( sorry I kinda like omid better)
  • Well, the St. Johns weren't foreshadowed as much and were most likely only meant for one episode. Carver was foreshadowed since the beginning.

Now, Ben? He's a real fucking antagonist.

ya, but when you think of it, they may have something even bigger and better coming to us. like in season 1, they killed off the villains (cannibals) fairly early, did the rest of the season suck? no it didn't. don't lose hope :)

  • no worries man everyone (well I think) loved omid. I also got sad when omid died.

Omid wouldn't have died, but Clem would have still gotten seperated and Omid and Christa would have an unknown status.

Carver would have lived a little longer

Matthew wouldn't have gotten shot by Nick and instead would have gotten shot by Carver at the ski lodge in retaliation for Kenny killing that one dude (I don't remember his name)
  • "That one dude" Johnny

Omid wouldn't have died, but Clem would have still gotten seperated and Omid and Christa would have an unknown status. Carver would ha

  • nice.... but still kinda shitty to do that lol but great idead

  • Carver living longer. 400 days people having more impact-not just Bonnie. If they were worried about people's differing choices, they could've replaced whoever didn't follow with a random character model (just a thought).
More people from previous season who we know are not dead.
Clementine should have been a bit older (like 13 or 14 instead).
  • Thanks

  • Why the hell does everyone hate Sarah so much?

    switch carlos with sarah

  • As far as the 400 days characters escaping with Clem goes,, assuming everyone goes, I'd see Russell and Bonnie being the ones to go automatically. Vince would go if you tried to save Kenny, Wyatt would go if you mentioned Luke to Bonnie (maybe they were friends or something), and Shel being the one staying unless you mention how Carver is a psycho.

I REALLY liked the first two episodes but there is one thing I would have changed in Episode 1, and I liked the third episode, but I would h

  • How about we make it determinant? Christa gets killed if you do one thing, Omid gets killed if you do another.
