Nick. Indeed Luke is more... conventionally good looking but IMO also the more boring one.
Personality is a strong factor as well. Nick's demeanor is the kind which makes me want to embrace him, cover him in blankets and sit by his side all day. (Btw why the hell hasn't Telltale let me hug him already?!!! He certainly seems to need one.) Nick also has a pleasant voice. I'd much later listen to him than Luke.
I can totally see him being an angry online gamer who blames lag for his evidently bad shot. :S

They make tiny changes to the character models sometimes between episode, and i'm pretty sure they have been softening up the lines on Nick's face a bit, I noticed it in episode 3. (they changed up Christa's model in season 1 too I think)
Luke is very conventionally attractive (he was designed to be), but his personality is a bit... boring. It's cute that he is awkward and goofy sometimes, and he has sort of an action hero thing going on in the last 2 episodes, but I dunno, I've become less and less attracted to him as the series continues, and I'm not sure why.
Nick on the other hand isn't as conventionally hot, he's noticeably skinnier and less muscled than Luke, and his face is dark and has lots of lines (though like I said, they seem to be softening his features up). But his eyes and voice are lovely, and his personality is his absolute defining feature. he's sensitive and sweet and has a strong moral code. And I totally get the impression he was a bit of a gamer nerd before the apocalypse, he tries real hard to be a good guy, and he stumbles sometimes, so he's a really great character that is easy to relate too.
Only if there was a way to see them both with there shirt off, you know how in TWAU Bigby took had his shirt off for the doctor? Yeah, I saw his muscles and kinda fangirled a bit there.

If you see Nick and Luke standing next to each other you can see that Nick is a bit skinnier and doesn't have as much definition (Dem Luke P… moreecs)
Then again, Luke's sweater looks really baggy in some shots (especially from a top-down angle).
