Kenny killing ______.

  • What makes me "fear" Kenny isn't the fact that he was "out of control". He wasn't. He looked sober when did that. A person out of control wouldn't act like that, shooting the man on the knees and ask people to get out. He was totally cold.

Kenny was a real Dick on Season 1, when he let u die for saving Ben. I was always on his side, and received that back from him.
  • He deserved it, sure. It's the WAY that he killed Carver that I take issue with. This isn't like the meat locker; Kenny didn't bludgeon Carver to death on impulse, like he did to Larry. He took his time, killed Carver slowly and methodically. For a guy who "couldn't bear to watch the family dog get put down" (paraphrase) as a kid, Kenny sure seemed to take pleasure and satisfaction from what he did to Carver.

Does it make a sadistic demon? No...nor does it mean that he's doomed to go completely off the deep end. Still, it marks a disturbing precedent in his character development.
  • Let you die for saving Ben? When?

  • So, if someone starts smashing your face till u die it would be ok, since u died on the first hits, right?

It wasn't so bad... He was dead after the second hit, then he had to dig to his brain to make sure he's dead, and I could feel Kenny's hatred for him, that last hit make me feel evil now... Fuck.

  • Season 1, Fourth Episode. He sees u and just run away.

Carver died after the second hit with the crowbar. But, it was weird how he kept hitting him over and over again.

  • If I were Kenny I would take both his eyes out for a better punishment "follow my voice Bill"
  • also carver took kenny's eye
  • Heuheuheuheu... Maybe... Look I said this before, but if Carver was ok with it, you can be too

  • Actually when he picked up the crowbar, I thought he was gonna pick 'em out or poke him. Really Hard.

  • Kenny is a loose cannon cop who doesn't play by the rules IN loose cannon cop who doesn't play by the rules IV. Now in theaters!
  • I don't see how people can really hold it against Kenny either, given everything that Carver did to him. While Kenny may not have had the history with Carver that the cabin group, especially Rebecca, did with him Carver sure did enough to Kenny for Kenny to want to bash his face in. I don't hold what he did against him, but I am aware that it shows a darker, less pleasant side of Ken. I feel no sympathy for Carver, not in the slightest, but what Kenny did was brutal. That killing wasn't so Carver would never threaten the group again, it was straight up revenge, pure and simple. I'm not really a believer in that stuff, but given who was on the receiving end of Kenny's wrath this time, I'm letting it slide.

What ticks me off even more is that some people apparently blame SARAH for messing things up by freaking out after her dad died, and it seems like everyone got so into Kenny's viscious murder of Carver that they completely forget that Kenny is much more responsible for what happened than Sarah is.

I think he should have just shot him in the head and left. So I'm also starting to believe that this all happened because Kenny took so long to kill Carver.

  • Carver deserved most of what he got. Kenny just took it a little overboard with the whole 'complete face removal' thing. Carver was dead after the second hit from the crowbar, but Kenny hit him at least 5 more times just for revenge. I don't hate Kenny for it, but he definitely did a lot more than he needed to.
  • Kenny was just testing his face removal proficiency.

  • How can we be sure he raped her? She could have been seduced by Carver for all we know.

I think Rebecca putting a bullet in his head with Carver's revolver when he's talking about his baby and raising a family together would've sufficed. Remember he raped her and killed her husband. That's way worse emotional wise than losing an eye.

  • Carver deserved to die but killing him by bashing his face off for revenge is not right. A quick bullet in the head would have sufficed.
  • Oh trust me, it was completely justified... but i'm just sad that Kenny didn't let Clem get a few hits on Carver in... or at least she could have told him to fuck off when he was comparing him to her... I don't know, something?
  • Wouldn't joining in prove him right?

Watching is one thing, but participating in a brutal killing would kind of push her over the moral-event horizon. The revenge intensely personal for Kenny, because he lost an eye to Carver. Clementine doesn't have that kind of justification to bash Carver's face in.

Though it would've been awesome to have her angrily repeat the "I'm not like you!" line if you chose it in his office.

All i'm saying, is I would completely standby the idea of Clementine loosing all of her innocents for just that moment, because overall, Carver deserved it.

Her being silent just made the situation seem like she considered the idea that they're alike... which freaked me out.

To each their own, I guess. I don't see Carver as being 'worth' the loss of her innocence.

I do think tht Carver comparing Clementine to himself is going to have a serious impact. Right now, it looks like she may be forced to choose between losing everyone and doing some harsh/unpleasant things for the good of the entire group.
