this is my first forum so here we go.
S2E2: when Clem and the others are fighting the walkers in the end of the episode Carlos' gun changes in between scenes.
S2E2: if Clementine chooses to use the hunting rifle on the walker her hand goes way out of place
S2E3: when Bonnie opens the door her hand goes through the door
S2E3: if you saved Alvin and he gets shot, the bullet wound doesn't appear

-Eddie's car is a 1980s Volkswagen Rabbit which does not have electric windows.
-In Vince's story, if you chose to shoot off Danny's foot, Vince's right hand goes through his handcuffs when you fire the first time. Justin's handcuffs disappear when he and Vince exit the bus, despite the fact they never retrieved the keys to unlock them.
-Similarly, Danny/Justin will not have their handcuffs on if they appear in Russell's story as a walker.
-If you abstained when deciding to kill or free Roberto, and Roman decides to set him free, he will later accuse Shel as if she made the choice and not him.
-If you chose to leave in the RV in Shel's story, the RV accelerates too quickly to be realistic.
-In the epilogue scene, before the photos are being thrown in the fire, Wyatt's picture shows he's wearing a baseball cap, but earlier in the game when displayed on the notice board, he wasn't.
-In the end credits, Roberto's name is listed as "Robert"
-In the chapter selection, Bonnie's story is titled "Day 236", and Shel's story is titled "Day 220".

If you save Nick and get Alvin killed, when Bonnie says "Let's go" Nick is standing up in the background, as if he isn't tied up like Rebecca.
In Season 1, Episode 1: When Lee shoots the undead officer, the officer's blood is purple.
In Season 1, Episode 1: Shawn tells Hershel that Clementine is not his daughter only for Hershel to keep calling her Lee's daughter.

How did The Stranger drive his station wagon to The Marsh House when the gas tank said it was empty? How did he get to Savannah before Lee in order to follow and warn him about the walkers on the street? How could The Stranger have known where Lee was in Savannah within the same day of Lee arriving to the city? Did the paved road follow the train tracks exactly? I didn't see any roads near the train tracks, other than the bridge where we met Christa and Omid.
Jane got a knife for example.
S2 E3:
Towards the end of the episode, when you're headed back to the group after turning on the speakers, Tavia comes running out the door, but she is floating in the air sideways running.
