Good things that come out of the apocalypse, and bad things that come out of it.
Ok, so this thread will be us listing good things hat come out of an apocalypse, and bad thins that come out of an apocalypse.
you can be as random, or serious as you want. you don't HAVE to say a good AND bad thing. you can just say a good or bad if you want.
Ok I will start, god thing is that since there is less people driving cars, there is less global warming. But a bad thing is that you are always stressed out all the time.

I always think about this in TWD universe. The actors in the show have beards and mustaches and the like, but the women don't have any leg hair or upper lip hair.
Bad thing: just saying, but I bet it's pretty damn inconvenient when it's "that time of the month" for the ladies...
Good: life has a purpose now
Bad thing: No maore walking dad game being made...
good thing: No more paying bills.

Bad thing :

Common things will become harder to do (period, common diseases, raising a child).
Good thing:
You'll know those who could sacrifice something in order to protect (real friends, family).
You will lose weight.
Good thing: No more Justin bieber
Bad thing: See friends or family being eaten and no takeaways
The Good:
1.) You can live in any house you want as long as it isn't occupied. Fancy the giant mansion down the the street? You can have it. You can take things from abandoned homes and stores too.
2.) Certain situations that would decrease the quality of your life (debts, going to a boring job everyday, school, taxes, ect.) would cease to matter in a ZA.
3.) No politics or celebrity drama to deal with hearing about.
4.) You can make your own rules for how to live your life without being bound to societal standards.
The Bad:
1.) People you know and love will be bitten and die, and you will live everyday with the chance that the same fate will fall onto you.
2.) Moral values won't matter to some people anymore. Killing people in cold-blood, stealing, and raping will be common place.
3.) If you have pets, it's most likely they will die or get lost at some point.
4.) Travelling will be incredibly hard.
5.) Babies and toddlers will be hard to care for, and many will die.
6.) No Netflix
OMG. That's got to be the worst. It is.
Good: I'll start off with Walter's quote! "They say the world is over, but I'll tell you a secret: it's not. People are more political now than they ever were before. In the end, we can't change the world. All we can do is continue to learn from each other; to empathize and use our heads..." I like this statement!
Also, no school, less pollution, human overcrowding will lower, you can do anything you want, no more money problems, collaboration between people will grow as they need to work together to supply, people will be pushed to do their best, and people like me will kind of enjoy it(don't ask...)
Bad: Evil people like the St Johns and Carver, morals seem to diminish, loss of hope, depression, probably mental disorders, loss of loved ones, starvation, dehydration, illness, stressful to know you could die, and no more video games

Good: Brings out the best in some people. Look at Lee. I doubt he ever did anything as meaningful as pushing through a sea of zombies armed with only a butcher knife and a piece of glass to save a girl he met three months ago pre-apocalypse.
Bad: Brings out the worst in others. Look at Carver. I doubt he was beating people to near-death with a walkie talkie pre-apocalypse.
Bad thing, someone can break into our desired house and take it u.u
Good things: You don't have any more homework and you rest for unlimited time as long as you're safe.
Bad things: You won't have much food to eat and no more The Walking Dead game
Bad thing: no hot water showers, no more tacos, random canned food, no more clean clothes.
Good things: could be with a selected group of people, you can have any boat you want if you live near the ocean.
Good: no more work Bad: no more electronics
good: it brings unlikely people together.
bad: it also brings the crazies together and makes the walkers look tame.
Periods are bad now. Imagine what it would be like then...
Good- A sense of adventure and adrenaline. Good if you are really into survival and tough decisions.
Also can you imagine in 20+ years going into the city and seeing how much nature has reclaimed the world? That would be cool as shit.
Bad- Ya know, seeing everyone you love die and all that jazz.
Good: If it the world will the fixed people will actually live in harmony cause you learn to trust people u have near death experiences and u dont take life for granted
Exactly. Imagine being in the middle of the woods with no bathroom and no supplies... O_O hell I might as well run around naked

Good things: no rules
Bad things: everything except no rules.
Good: Can make new friends, I guess. Bad: No medical care, no laws, no sense of safety, constant death, rapes, hard to get food, clean water, and medicine, no heating or cooling, the possibility of getting PTSD, lots of stress, nothing to really look forward to (except for maybe a cure), the rotten smell, et cetera.
