Whenever Clem pets Maybelle. And when Clem licks the salt-lick. "I dunno."
There are way too many in season 1. Couldn't even begin to choose one.
From season 2...always found there was something endearing about Clem listening to Rebecca's baby.

I think the part where Clem dragged Ben away in ep2 to show him the drawings she made was cute. I also found Mark's comment after, "Welcome to the family, kid.", funny.
Season 1: Just about anything involving Clem. Double points if it involves duck.(Robin) Triple points if it involves Ben.(Candy eater) Max points if you combine all three.(can't tell a drawing of a cat)
Season 2: The Clem/Luke childlike banter. I dunno, something about how Luke brings the child out of Clem.
And Nick whenever something's mentioned and he's jumps in with "It's my fault." I can just imagine him growing up something like this.
